Best moving experience ever! I recently rented a storage unit at the Stor-House and I was pleasantly amazed. Moving is always extremely stressful however my experience at the Stor-House really alleviated many of the normal headaches associated with moving and I couldn’t imagine a better experience. By far the most contributing factor of my experience was the fantastic help that Will provided me. I wasn’t sure which option for a storage unit was best for me and Will helped me choose the perfect unit for my personal needs and answered all the questions I had. Another post said the people were unfriendly and I was shocked because I haven’t meant a friendlier person in a long time as Will went out of his way to be helpful. In addition to providing us with all the information, Will went by far above and beyond to make my experience positive. After I loaded up the moving truck and returned to Stor House, Will saw that I had returned and immediately came outside to walk me to my storage unit to show me where it was at. I was having trouble with getting my mattress out of the truck and Will saw me struggling from afar and immediately walked over to give me assistance. After I was done moving I asked Will about the wine storage just because I was curious. Will then offered to give a tour. The Wine storage area is great with a nicely designed tasting room. We are definitely thinking about renting a wine storage unit now. In addition to a great staff the moving truck was very good, much better than U-Haul. Carts are provided to ease moving your things into your unit and the facilities were immaculate. My friend that helped me move even commented that he has never seen a nicer looking storage facility. I have already told my entire family and coworkers about how great Stor House is and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Stor House. Thanks!

BEST PLACE EVER- There is nothing more stressful than moving, and no one more helping and friendlier than the Stor-House. They go way above and beyond from what you would ever expect at a storage facility. Here are some highlights of this amazing place. 1. Awesome staff- we have only been working with them a week and already know AJ, Tony, and Will by name and they know us as well. They have all been extremely friendly and helpful. 2. The facility- this place has an amazing lobby with video monitors displaying the high level of security. The building also has nice wide hallways and the lights turn on and play music for you when you come in late. It is also very clean and dry. The units are also all the exact size they say, absolutely no nonsense. They also have a nice overhang when you pull in so you can avoid the rain. 3. The free truck- it cost us only fifteen dollars to move a massive amount of stuff from our Sammamish home to the Stor-House with the free truck. The truck was also very large and really easy for us to operate, not being particularly experienced with moving trucks. Overall working with the Stor house has been a perfect experience. Don’t be intimidated by the high quality and assume it is too expensive; prices are fair, especially for the service you get. You will love it!

Best Storage in Washington! I have been in Bellevue for just a few months now and the time came for me to put a lot of my things into storage. I called a few companies, looked some up on the web and hands down, The Stor-House was the best in all categorys. I have had my things in a Public Storage before but the one in Bellevue didnt look that secure, it also looked like there units werent temperature controlled either so I chose The Stor-House. I went in on a Sunday and Will at the front desk was busy with another customer but still managed to greet me, introduce himself and ask what I needed. I had to borrow their moving truck, get a unit, choose its size and price, fill a very few pieces of paperwork, get locks and keycard, and all of that was done quickly and with excellent service. Will really did go above and beyond. Move in was easy and I dont know whos idea it was to have music pumped into the buildings interior and exterior but it was a genius call. Move in went by in a flash because of the 80s music...maybe a little too much Phil Collins but still good stuff. As far as the feel of security, customer service and overall ease of move in as well as the esthetics of the storage facility, no ones better! Thank you Will and everyone else at Store-House.

FINALLY! I have had A LOT of experiences with other storage companies ... and they all lacked in either expense, security, convenience, or customer service - all of which are crucial importance to me. Stor-House is very reasonably priced (perhaps even under-priced). All areas are monitored and have controlled access which helps me sleep at night, since Ive had units in the past (other companies) that were broken into. Great office & gate hours, and close to I-405 on/off ramps. Convenient truck rentals, including free use during move-in. Probably the biggest positive selling point though is the service and care given by Tony and the staff (thanks Will). These guys are the perfect combination of professionalism and down-to-earth nice helpful people. They treat you with respect and dignity, instead of a potential future "Storage Wars" episode. I prefer to not need a storage unit, but as long as I do, I will use Stor-House and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking. Lifetime customer here. ** I, in no way work for these guys. Ive been renting from them for over 3 years and I decided it was well past time to write a review. Check them out - you wont regret it! :-)

Seamless Moves

We have been customers of Stor-House Bellevue for well over a year now, and have been so pleased with their service and facility that we have recommended them to many of our clients without hesitation. The “how can we help/can-do” attitude of their staff is incomparable. Thank you Tony and Will! The facility itself is always clean and well-lit with many safety features built into their security system. The flatbed carts they provide are very large and sturdy, and their truck (provided free for move-ins) is a convenient and cost-effective bonus. For wine storage customers, you have to see to believe the wine tasting room that is available for your events. It is worth the trip to go out of your way to use Stor-House Bellevue. Considering the storage options, supplies offered, security, facility and customer service, Stor-House Bellevue is by far the best value for temporary storage needs on the Eastside.

Great experience! Very unexpected to be treated this good and surprisingly finding a VERY nice wine tasting and storage room. Will was really helpful, even to find my way around town and giving me some pointers of what to do around the east Seattle area. Storage units are really well maintained, great organization, and they provide carts and anything else you need to move your personals, made it so easy to move my stuff. I just recently moved from Arkansas and Ive felt nothing but welcomed here, the next step will be to rent a locker for wine storage once I get settled in the area. Please ask him to show you the wine tasting room!! Totally unexpected, a wonderful space! I will use this storage for as long as I live in the Bellevue area.
