We ordered a little 6x8 shed from Tuff Shed. The sales person, Theo even went to the house and put stakes on the site where the shed will be built. What an amazing great service. We got the shed delivered to my sons place and they were in separate pieces. We thought that we just want it built on site and check it later, but me and my wife ended up watching the whole build process as we found it quite interesting and fun to watch. A father and son team, Scott and Nathan did a marvelous job erecting the small building, really paying attention to small details and made sure that everything is done right including the painting and retouching. This kind of build quality seems hard to find in other contractors. The shed was completed in a little over 3 hours. To Theo, Scott and Nathan, hats off to you guys.

Ordered a shed through Home Depot. They promised to call me soon to schedule the installation. Two weeks later they still hadnt called. I sent an email asking when I could expect a call. My email was ignored. A week later I cancelled the order and received a voice mail about scheduling my installation about a half hour later. A couple of weeks after that, I received a phone call wondering why I had cancelled the order, and expressing confusion, since "they were scheduled to deliver it 7/31". Not sure where they got that date, because I never managed to talk to anyone. I could chalk this up as lost paperwork or something, but the fact that they ignored the issues and pretended everything was fine and that they were confused and betrayed by my cancellation really made me angry.

The sales guy was Kevin he was more than helpful and would by a shed again just because of him. The guys that came out and put it togethere were just wonderful, polite, fast clean and efficent. No complaints on anything. I do plan on ordering another shed in the future and will be using tuff shed. I will recommend tuff shed to all. thank you for a great easy experience and when it is done inside I will send you pictures you may want to post. I am turning it into my own little meditation room and my artist loft. I have a beautiful view from the front window of the ocean. After a fire destroyed my original Tuffshed, I recently purchased a replacement. The team that built it did a fine job but the prepainted wood was in very poor condition. For instance, some of the wood had no paint at all, and where painted, the wood shows through the paint in many areas. I have placed probably 10 calls to get this fixed. I can never talk to a human being and always have to leave a message. I contacted the person who sold me the shed and he has tried to help but to no avail. Based on my experience, I will not purchase from them again as it is such a hassle to deal with them if there are any problems at all with the shed.

Theyre busy folks, so be prepared to pack your patience when you order. They want to make sure youre happy with your order so theres definitely no rushing. The salesman even offers to come look in your yard to make sure the shed you want will fit. I cant think of any place else that provides that level of service. Im really happy with my shed. The installer was fast and efficient. He had the shed in the yard and put together in 4 to 5 hours. I dont think I could get that kind of service from another provider. If I had it to do again, I think the only thing I would do is have them paint it for me.

My husband and I went in to start a purchase on a very pricey unit and from the second we walked thru the door, we were ignored. Absolutely no acknowledgment from the employee. He was with another couple, however, we were there for at least 15 minutes and all this gentleman had to do was say have a look around I will be with you when as soon as I can. Your company would have had a very good sale that day, but we will be going elsewhere and giving our money to a company who wants to give customer the time of day.

Thank you staff (Theo, two builders, secretary) for the cute shed that was built/assembled within three hours the other day! The two long windows we bought fit in so well into my design im very happy. Couldnt believe how strong and fast the two guys were and glad weather improved; it hardly rained after their arrival so it did not become a muddy mess. The planks came in so handy! I will post pictures.

Our salesman at Tuff Shed was very helpful, showing us many prototype buildings before we finally decided on our shed. The company was flexible as for as final building dimensions... allowing us to make adjustments up until a week before build date. Though it was raining, the builders showed up on time and constructed what has been, so far, a quality storage building.

I used to like tough shed but have you see how awful the site is? I tried to just view basic sheds and it is almost impossible. I filled in their choices in the pull down but you cant submit. I guess they dont need anymore business. It made me wonder if they dont let you see the styles and costs if the rest of their business is not so good like delivery etc.
