I was there last Friday afternoon he was working by himself I waited about 15 minutes before he got to me I want to rent a truck for about 4 to 5 hours he was on the phone so he asked me to inspect the truck on my own which I did I brought the paperwork in he was still on the phone I signed a contract I left at that point truck only have quarter tank of gas I drove the vehicle for 73 miles round-trip I feel it up 6 gallon of gas when I return the vehicle they were close at that point I realize paperwork was marked for half a tank of gas I left a note and explain what happen but they did not call me back and charge my credit card for 30 dollar penelty 57 dollar for the fuel after i calld the corporate office he called me back Monday and he told me maybe somebody stole the fuel from the truck thats probably what happened but he said its my responsibility to check the truck make sure everything is correct I never experienced that before any other U-Haul location I have a rental truck from the employes come out with me and check the truck with me make sure we got everything done correctly not this location obviously I made a mistake and make me pay for it after all this he only willing to give me a store credit but not refund my credit card for the extra charges I asked why he said his money credit to my credit card will come out of his bottom line store credit will come from a corporate office he said he doesnt want to lose any money after all he is a businessman and I signed a contract that makes me Half responsible for what happened wow

If I could give them 6 stars I would and rarely even give out a full five stars. They were fast, friendly extremely helpful. I reserved a U-Haul trailer for the day. When I showed up in the morning, they were down by a person in the office, but the one person working the register was efficiently getting two people checked into their rentals at a time. Even with three people in front of me I was checked into my reservation in only about 5 minutes. As soon as I stepped out of the office they had someone standing by with the trailer ready hook it up to my truck. I had an older style connection on my truck and they quickly came up with the right adapter to hook it up to my truck. I was dropping off the trailer at another U-Haul location. The Renton office followed up with me to make sure I knew the address of the location I was dropping the trailer off at. The trailer I received was clean and in outstanding condition.

The biggest flim flam experience ever! Havent been here in a long time, and will never return again. They used to be reasonably priced and give clean vehicles to rent. Mine was so dirty that the dirt stared blowing around the truck after I took off. I was told the vehicle I was renting had a full tank of gas when it only had a half a tank of gas. Thank goodness I noticed right away and told a rep and recorded a picture of it. Upon returning they tried to charge me for 87 miles when I only went 27 miles! Flim flammers!

This U-Haul has it all AND is helpful. The manager, a very young guy (Seth), was really helpful. We had to do some trouble shooting with my vehicle to diagnose an older, malfunctioning wire harness, but he stuclk with it till he traced it then solved the problem and got me on the road. Hes the kind of employee every company wants: conscientious, hard working, attentive to customers, professional. Needless to say i am going back again (rental #5) to this store!g with my vehicle to get the

Got there early to pick up my vehicle and it was sitting outside ready to go. They told me they overbooked the vehicles and told me to go to another location because they couldnt give me the vehicle sitting outside even though I got there first. Ended up wasting over an hour of my time. At least I called customer service and got $50 refund.

Standing in line with 16 other people! One guy working the whole place on a Saturday morning. Hes doing the best he can but geez. The mamagers name is on the door - Seth Bennett - maybe he could come give the guy a hand. 35 minutes and counting...still 5 people in front of us. Crappy corporate service.
