Very unprofessional service. My stuff was in storage for almost two months and we discussed a delivery date weeks in advance. on the morning of the delivery - no one showed up. I called my contact frantically and there was no one answering the phone. Only when I sent two emails - after the delivery time I got a response saying "Your move has been postponed. I have no further Information.". WTF???? All this after making all of our plans and paying for all the auxiliary services that go with the move. Not only do I still not know where my things are - I stand to lose a lot of money on rent and other services. Not to mention the stress this is causing.

I regret the day I decided to use them. My company offered me a lump sum or the assisted service of Grabel. Worst decision ever, I should have taken the lump sum. I had to spend so much time following every step and they made so many mistakes that I really believe it would have been easier to do everything myself. Well, practically I did it anyway.

Had horrible experience with them. If I could I would put zero stars!!! They stole and broke our stuff about 7 000 worth and after the claim they try to say that we didnt have those items trying to pay as little as possible - not even the third part of the damage. Never use their service again!

I would be so angry if the news, Channel 4 actually highlighted my moving company and interviewed my employees regarding parking in the bike lane of Seattle. Bad mojo and it will not set well with those that use the lane.

wrecked over 10k of my furniture. Currently in arbitration because they will not take blame for their mistakes. stay away. horrible movers horrible company.

There drivers are horrible. Truck 828 261 has been driving in the fast lane for an hour holding up traffic. Very rude.
