Ive been at StorHouse in Renton for over a year. They go out of the way to make you feel safe and secure. I had come from a very bad experience with a competitor storage facility and found StorHouse and was impressed immediately by their outstandingly high security standards. whenever I have questions or concerns, they are addressed immediately. The facility is spotless and exceptionally maintained. I have recommended this facility to friends, family and facebook friends! Also, when we sold Girl Scout cookies in 2011, the owners and manager (Ajit) were fully supportive allowing us space and timeslots for girls to sell at this location. (Its truly a stupendous location with a lot of street visibility) What a wonderful way to support this organization and they are 100% community support oriented, we have had discussions about how they want to reach out and help the community in lots of different ways. I applaud all that they are and will become. There is no better place, in my opinion!

First thing is first-I cant thank WILL enough for how friendly and helpful he is! After a long day of frustration and disappointment storage hunting, I went to The Store House where we met Will. He was professional (which we had not seen all day) and actually listened to what we needed. We hopped into the fanciest enclosed golf cart I had ever seen and took a tour.I was blown away with the cleanliness and high tech security.Im in the process of moving and needed a moving truck.another storage place claimed they were home of the moving truck.What a joke! One time use and huge deposit needed.Will offered me one of three new trucks and all it cost me was a few bucks in gas.Then he asked when I wanted it next.Unbelievable! Now the best part-the prices are even lower than the company advertising "$1 moves you in" (after fees its actually $70) You did yourself a favor by reading this review, now do one better and I cant say it enough, GO SEE WILL at the Renton Location!

Ive been with StorHouse in Renton for over 3 years. I am an Realtor and I own an home staging company so I am in an out of the facility on a weekly and in some cases daily basis. Ajit and his staff always exceed my expectations with their level of client service. They go out of their way to greet me, interact with me and offer assistance with what ever I may need that day. Im so impressed with the cleanliness & security of the facility. I often work late and feel safe there unlike other storage facilities Ive used in the past. I will be a long term tenant for sure!

Outstanding customer service! I have been a Stor-house customer for over a year now and I have never been more impressed by any company. This facility is always secure, clean and the use of their free trucks is a huge plus. Will and AJ at Stor house are both consummate professionals and are always willing to go out of their way to help in any way possible. This company offers the best rates around in addition to having the nicest and most secure facility in the region. I will continue to patronize them as long as I need storage A++.

I needed some last minute storage and Stor-house was a great. The property clean and well maintained (which is rare to find in a storage facility). And they have state of the art security to provide me with piece of mind. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile and try to make it as easy as possible for you. This was great since I was going through some difficult times. I would definitely recommend Stor-House to anybody that is in need of storage.

The staff here are awesome. Weve been using the Stor-House for temporary storage once a year for the last few years. They are very quick to help and are very professional. The property is in very good shape, no damage inside the units, no damage to the outside units, even the paint is in good shape! If you need storage, this is a very safe and secure place to rent.

If youre looking for storage - dont even bother trying to find a cheaper, more secure place. This place is professionally run and maintained. They have an excellent security set up, they maintain insect control and the staff is really top notch. Im very comfortable knowing my personal belongings are in their care.

Will was AMAZING! He made everything so easy. He didnt just sell me a unit, he sold me safety/security. Everything was very clean, and the price (with a truck included) was just right! I would and will recommend anyone in need of storage to go see my new buddy Will!
