I recently bought an Infiniti car so Ive been on the search for a go-to place to bring it to when it needs work. Well.. given my experience, this is unlikely to be the place. They dont get much business so youre free to bring your car pretty much whenever, but no doubt theres a reason for that. In my case, I had a very simple job I wanted done and confirmed it multiple times, both over the phone and in person. The person I talked to thought Infiniti was built by Honda, so theres your first warning sign. The very first thing that happened when I got there was a guy yelling at me for not parking in the right spot.. never had an issue with that before. I had an appointment but they didnt start working on the car until an hour after I got there. But the real kicker was that they never completed the job. They did half of it and then refused to finish it. Yet they still charged me (minus $5). They straight up said it would take too much time. They bickered and argued with me, really strange and unpleasant experience. I didnt really trust them to do any more work on the car at that point, and they were closing.. so I just took my car and left. The next day I finished the job myself and IT LITERALLY TOOK ME <5 MINUTES WITHOUT EVEN LIFTING THE CAR. So despite their complaining about how much work it would take, it all ended up being complete bull, I didnt even need any tools.. just my bare hands. 5 minutes and done. Yeah I had a laugh after that. Dont go here.

They seem like honest people until your problem doesnt get fix. I had white smoke between my engine and firewall. I brought it in to have them fix the problem which they claim it was a oil leak, which i have never seen a drop of oil on my drive way. I spent over 500.00 for there service and the smoking never stop, but they said it was the left over residue from the previous oil leak. within two weeks coolant was leaking all over the ground. I found out it was a U hose for my coolant that failed between my firewall and engine which is a very common problem for my toyota suv and only leaks when driving a higher rpm They said they ran it over two hours and there wasnt any smoke, what good mechanic lets a car run in a parking lot for two hours!!!! They wanted another $300.00 to fix it which i declined and took my business elsewhere. Oh,they also told me it would be done by noon, but when i came at 5:00 to pick it up they got something stuck in my cylinder which seized it therefore only 5 not 6 was working. If you want a brake job or oil change yea they could do it, anything else plan to fork over money till the problems fix. So Im finishing my review. I fix the problem myself which was a $13.00 part from toyota of renton and took me 15 minutes with a long needle nose plier. I also found out the coolant that toyota uses is a dark reddish color which they probably thought it was oil. yea they wanted 300.00 to fix it.

I am so lucky that my friend introduced me to these people. They treat you fair and never try to get you to do repairs or maintenance that you dont really need. I just had my car die while they were trying to fix it (not their fault, I took it in because it was close to death) and they could have talked me into replacing the engine but told me that I shouldnt invest that kind of money in my car. They saved me a lot of money and tears and have worked with me to help get my old car taken care of. They are fantastic and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

When my car was broken they. Said that it was normal for my car to be like that but the thing was that they wanted $500. Theyy. Also said it would be ready by Saturday and 2 weeks Later they finished and they made me buy a new battery ..... ALSO ! They Madee a mess in my car so i am never going back too fix my car there EVER AGAIN !

I was recommended to them by two different friends who dont know each other. Ive been going for years and they are wonderful. This last time the estimate was high and we were nervous about paying it and the guy directed us to the web site so we could download pretty good coupons and we saved over a hundred dollars. Nice.
