Nice, friendly people, but miscommunication issues going on as well. Ill change my rating higher or lower later depending on if they work on fixing this a bit more. My experience was as thus, I went in for my scheduled interview appointment on Friday, March 18. After I filled out the paper work I got to sit down with one of the nice employers for an interview. I was told their hours were Monday through Friday, and that they dont do business on the weekends. She also said she would call me on Monday if they had any openings they thought Id qualify for. After I charged my phone on Sunday evening to be ready for a hopeful Monday my call record shown I had one missed call on the 19th, a Saturday, from TEAM. So I called back this morning, Monday the 21st, at a little after 8:30 AM, the lady on the phone told me it was for a job, but the position had been filled. I feel like I was lied to about the not hiring on weekends and missed out on a chance for a good job. This is just my experience, Im not complaining. Ill keep trying to use their assistance and hope for the best.

Though the branch manager is nice, there is absolutely no follow up done on her part to back up her rhetoric. Initially, She claimed to have a position open that fit my skills and should follow-up in 3 weeks... which I did. On follow-up, I was told again that I had to wait another 4 weeks... but I was on top of her "hot list" to get me into the position. As you can guess, 4 weeks rolled by and I didnt hear a word from her, not even for any other positions she may of had available. Overall, I feel there is too many promises and not enough delivery for this company.

I worked with the manager directly, and it seems theyre great until you need compassion, I never missed a day and was always more dependable than the other employees.. . I came back and no answer, and no call back...
