Not normally a person to write reviews - I applied for a job they had posted about a manufacturing plant in Tualiton. I drove an hour out here and interviewed for this specific job. They told me that they were processing a drug screen/ background check for this job and that I could work a temp job at Dynamix until this cleared. I accepted and worked one day at this job. They never told me when the next shift was but had me scheduled to show up without informing me. I figured Id give them another shot but asked to no longer work with Shannon. They then had me scheduled to work for a place called "Fizz and Bubble" which even though I submitted my time card 3 times to Emily I was never paid for my time there - its been over a month. I finally called Vanessa and she said that she submitted it but that it would still take a week longer to get my pay. They never did get back to me on the original job that I specifically applied for (even though they told me I had the job) and the staff seems lazy and unprofessional. The 2 places that I did work for under them were grungy part time jobs with low pay. Seriously if you want temp work go through Aerotek or ANYwhere else.

Beware of the bait and switch! I applied to a job posting by Summit on Monster and they called me for an interview. S****y told me the job paid $70K. I paid $250 for a flight to Portland for the interview. 24 hours before, I asked for a copy of the job description. To my shock and dismay, the pay was $10-$20K less than she told me. She claims "they" changed to post to an entry level job without telling her. If hadnt asked for that document, I would have flown to PDX, rented a car, only to find out then, WTF. This is a classic bait and switch, no professional firm would ever pull this nonsense.
