They made it so difficult to do business with them that we chose a different company. We had a 1 day need. I wanted give them a credit card authorization. They were requiring tons of irrelevant financial data including bank branch rep, average monthly checking account balance, trade references. Alternatives...we could send a certified check for an amount, unknown (no hours or rate). All we wanted was to make it easy for all of us. We have been in business 22 years, doing business all over the country. We have NEVER encountered this. They might be good, but I dont have the time and not willing to make the effort to find out. I would not do business with THIS branch in the future. We do business with other branches of this franchise.

Totally unprofessional. First they sent me to a residential trim painting" job, which turned out to be a general labor position where nearly everyone on site was using drugs on site. Then they sent me to a job where the vast majority of employees were undocumented workers, including my "supervisor" who also operated a truck that should have required a CDL B to operate on the road though he has NO DRIVERS LICENSE AT ALL. They had no idea when or what days I was supposed to work and I was actually referred to another temp agency for that information?!?!?! These people have no clue what theyre doing, no respect for the employee and no respect for labor laws or any other laws for that matter. Dont waste your time there

I began employment through Express Employment Professionals in August of 2010. Since then, Ive worked with numerous local companies on a temporary basis. My assignments have ranged from two days to two years. I am currently performing a one year contract assignment which Im hoping will turn into a permanent position. I guess I just got unlucky. I applied for some jobs I saw posted, they claimed every one of them was already gone. I am a machine operator with over 10 yrs experience. They put me in a housekeeper position. Told them a minimum of $11 so they gave me $ 10.50. Really not that impressed. Very disappointing because when I was in Arkansas, the one there for me a temp to hire position & gave me what I asked for. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Doesnt tell you all the requirements you need to use their services. Waited a week to get a letter of recommendation from my last employer. Just to tell me I dont meet their requirements for their services. Trash service and gives people the run around. What I can walk away from this with is make sure your asking all the right questions before you waist your time with companies.
