AVOID THEM!! I worked for them for two years and it was a complete jacked up circus the entire time. I had a job assignment with a company for two years when they decided to cancel their contract with Express. When they were unable to provide a new job assignment they denied my application for unemployment. Second, they refused to pay out my two years worth of PTO claiming I had quit said job when it was the company that canceled their contract. Third, when I had to go receive medical care my benefits were denied for the medical coverage and I had to pay the entire bill out of pocket. Furthermore, the administrative assistant Julie was completely unprofessional. She would consistently talk to me in a short and condescending tone. If I had any tasks for her she would invariably forget and rarely returned any phone calls in a timely manner. She was difficult to get a hold of because she spends a good portion of her day out in the parking lot on smoke breaks. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

Does Express Employment professionals have ANY record of the people, on here who have left them 4 or 5 stars, on record of them working for them?? I bet not. They are rude, and unprofessional. I would NEVER work for Express Employment Un-professionals again... Even when you call in and speak to the person who answers calls on the front-line...they are are often curt, and pushy. Most all of them act like you are a bother, and you are interrupting them from doing something that is more important than you. They act like their associates are disposable, and I can only assume that they treat their clients like GOLD. ADVICE: Maybe Express Employment Un-professionals could keep employees longer if you treated them in the same way that you treat your CLIENTS??

Express is a GREAT place to help you find a job. I have a criminal record and have NEVER worked before going to express. Ive been hired on to places that would NEVER give me a chance without express help. When I had problems with my last job I explained to them I wanted a new job and the same day they called me back with a new job that paid $1.00 more. You have to help them help you. If youre a person who thinks theyll do EVERYTHING for you theyre not. Your attitude and will to work will help you a lot. They are your bosses so it starts with express. They wont find you work if youre not willing to try and have a great attitude. I would definitely give them a call of youre looking for work.

Here is what I know about the St. Johns Express; The Girls in the office are (VERY) rude, treat you like dirt and hold you at a lower standard than them........... They really should be reported to the National Labor Board! We all know that the reasons employment is sought through an agency are due to background and lack of experience. With that said they should have empathy for this, but they are completely Lacking this. Save your dignity and go elsewhere. "Concerned Oregonian".
