Gliss Staffing in Wilsonville is the worst company to work for in the owner is bad woman to work for theyre racist and showed discrimination and theyre sexist. But most of all they lie to people about their timesheets their hours and their paychecks when people turn in their timesheets I tell people that they lost their timesheets and then that cannot pay them and that when they do the customer needs to wait for three to four weeks. Gliss staffing has been reported to the Bureau of Labor on this more than once and gliss Staffing cannot keep employees paychecks from them they have to get their checks to them within 24 hours to 72 hours. Chris also likes to make threats to employees that if they make any threats to report them to the Bureau of Labor just because theyre holding peoples checks for more than 72 hours that they would call the cops on those employees and have them put in jail. You cannot trust gliss Staffing nor owner. I would not go to class at all for work!!! Stay clear of gliss Staffing and the owner!!!!Also the owner has a crimal record for racism!!!

Its a staffing agency. Kind of like the bait and hook used cars sells pitch . So , I called about a Skill trade job ( Diesel Mechanic). They asked to see me at a time. And I said I would be their. At the interview , I walked halfway out. One of the personal stopped me and given me a pep talk about the company. OK, so I parked my self down. End up doing a orientation not a interview. Paper work one hour . Oh also a drug test as well. The company, I went to work for paid well. The company name was Shaver Transportation. 4900 NW Front Ave, Portland, OR 97210 Place is rather discombobulated / Micromanaged. ”We find that office cliques tend to form most in corporate environments with weak management. They are like office gangs that emerge to fill in the void of leadership.” Noting from Forbes. .. In short adults who have not fished High School.

The worst staffing agency. One star is not even deserved. Integrity is not a normal business practice. This organization lies, communicates via text message, will not e mail (even upon request), treats their "employees" with great disrespect, and does not follow BOLI rules and regulations. Oregon sick time law REQUIRES employers to provide a notification (even if it is quarterly) to their employees about their sick time accrued and balance, GLISS does not do this. GLISS retaliates when employees request sick time and will refuse to put them to work if sick time is requested. The worst experience ever and I would not recommend this agency to job seekers or employers. To employers: Using this agency will definitely put a bad mark on your reputation. There are better agencies out there, I would highly recommend you find someone else.

These people lie to you if you are an applicant looking for work.If you have anything in your background, they say they can put you to work and work around your background....you call to check the status of your application,they say "stay by your phone Ill get right back to you.......then they dont call,so you call back the next day and they say the position has been filled.yet they re-post their ad on craigslist the same day!!! Wasted my time. I have a family to provide for and Im not into getting jerked around by a bunch of twits. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place because they are dishonest.Maybe its just Shyanne and Ashley

Untrustworthy, disrespectful, racist, sexist organization. I would never recommend anyone to work for this company. You could expect dishonesty, unsatisfactory customer service, vindictive behavior, and contradictory business practice with GLISS. The individuals I have had to deal with are rude and inconsiderate. The jobs they have available on their website are not actually available and when you call to inquire about them you are treated as ignorant or uneducated. By far the most unprofessional staffing agency I have ever dealt with.

Gliss in wilsonville is super unprofessional !!! I had to go pick up a document there and i live in salem called first they told me they had it and to go so when i got there they said they disnt have it and had to print it out after 3pm . i wasted my time and gas that they sure ashell wasnt gonna give me back why couldnt they tell me this over the phone instead of once i got there. Than, the company they send me to was low pay and racist NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND. OR APPLY AT GLISS AGAIN do your guys research before applying here trust me

Ive had several people hired there. Many with problem backgrounds. I think the difference is that it is in their Background, not their Foreground. Attitude is everything. Im guessing that if there was a problem getting hired, or getting past an initial interview, its because they picked up on the attitude that might have been partially responsible for your "bad background".
