I love Pridestaff. Ive been with them for over a year now and theyve been helpful, supportive, and communicative. I never setup direct deposit, because I really enjoy stopping by each week to talk to the staff. I think anyone who found them anything less than fun and friendly, was probably having a bad day already. Theyre quick to find placements, upfront about everything, and they really listen when you tell them things. Especially important things like the type of work youre looking for, or perhaps something youre specifically looking to avoid. Heck, the first person I worked with remembered from my interview that I had a foot injury recently, and warned me well in advance that a job she was recommending had no on-site parking. Seriously, if youre looking for work; try them out. My hunch is you wont be looking for long.

I been to a couple temp agencies around my house and they all judged me because of my looks soon as i walked in the door.Most of them just got all my info and asked about my history and just said they would contact me,but never do.I walked into pridestaff one day expecting same results but had to try because needed to find work.That same day i was already offered work.I have talked with three of the staff workers there and they treat you with the same kindness and respect.I am still working through them till this day and might get hired on from the job they found me.So if you are looking for a staffing service that will find you good quality work go ahead and give them a visit.You wont be dissapointed.I forgot to mention they are Veteran owned.

I have worked with 8 different temp services in 3 different states. I have had mostly good experiences though not so much recently. However, Pridestaff impressed me with a dedication to get me employed. They sent me on my first interview the same day I signed up. While I ultimately did not get that position, my coordinator Jessica distinguished herself from most services by calling with status updates to keep me informed. I am currently into the 2nd interview with another company they sent me to. The positions theyve sent me are a good fit for my skills, not just "fill the square peg in the round hole". I would cheerfully recommend PrideStaff to anyone and in fact, have sent recommendations to my other friends looking for work. Cheers!

Rude and unprofessional staff. After receiving an email advising me to contact the agency, I spoke over the phone with a person named Cassidy - she was inconsiderate, rude , immature, and certainly had no basic understanding of professional customer service communication . Highly surprised by the positive comments below. Awful experience on my end - the worst ever received from an HR agency, period! My review was strictly oriented towards the only employee I had an interaction with. The agency itself, I am not familiar with. The owner however, appears to be very professional and open to constructive criticism. I received an apologetic phone call, which is an extra step that he didnt necessarily have to take.

I have been working with PrideStaff since January 2015. Audra and Jessica have always been very attentive to my needs both before and after placement. Recommendations were made specifically on what my needs were and the follow up process has always been A+. Not Worth It
They wouldnt except my resume as is. I ended up giving up on temp agencies all together. I started applying with the companies directly. I ended up getting a order pulling position with a glass company for $13/hr. with the same resume. I was told my resume would be hard to sell to their clients. Thats funny, bc I dont have any problems selling my skill set to the actual companies... With the same resume they dont like.

They get you to work quickly and theyve even mapped out how to get to a job from my home address before calling me to make sure Id be able to get there. It was really helpful since I rely on public transit. Professional and friendly staff. The only hiccup was with how I receive my pay. They accidentally set me up for picking up a live check instead of direct deposit.

Aweful. I was there less than 10minutes. The receptionist was super kind, but the second girl was super rude. She asked all of 5 questions including my name and city then told me I was "too ignorant to understand how their placement works". I told that was really rude and left. Will never go there or refer anyone.
