I had DR. Roof replace my old roof when I bought this house. The roof had been damaged from a storm, and I had water leaking in my family room. The sales rep told me not only could they fix the roof , but they handled replacing sheet rock as well. My sister and I hired them for the roof replacement, as well as the damage done to the ceiling in the family room. The ceiling job turned out shoddy , as well as having to call them multiple times for things that should have been done the first time when the roof was put on. I have gotten the run around about the ceiling , and had to call them AGAIN after a wind storm damaged some of the flashing on the roof. I now have water damage on the ceiling in my bedroom , just below where the flashing was put on ( in a most unprofessional way). At this point Im not going to hold my breath until they show up. My next step will be to let our family attorney take over this mess. In my opinion , DR. Roof is the LAST company anyone should call for a roof job. Or a ceiling fix as far as that goes. How disappointing it is to see companies who claim to be professionals , but who are in fact just greedy , and care not about their customers.

Dr Roof installed not only a new roof but completely replaced our carport that has seen better days. Roger Quay and I were/are extremely pleased with their workmanship and crew. The entire staff from the Office Manager in Seaside to the crew that did the installation, could not have been more professional, friendly and worked in a timely manner. Once the project started more damage than thought was found. The crew kept us informed every step of the way. They never cut corners and made sure we were pleased. If they saw us outside looking and pointing one would immediately come and ask if everything seems ok?" We did appreciate that and yes, everything was great! We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. LOVE this company!
