Potential clients: beware of what youre getting into with these people. They are very good at marketing, and very bad at working towards their clients budget even after telling them its "totally doable." And then theyll charge you for the time it takes them to figure out how badly they mis-estimated their costs and mark-up, which are often twice what other contractors charge (I have documented this). They are very capable builders, and may be perfect for you, but any contractor can do what they do, as well as they do, for far less money. I hope they have changed their suspect business practices since my horrible experience with them. See detailed Yelp review for more information.
