We didn’t know squat as they say about roofing, but all the roof doctors at Dr. Roof answered all of our questions one on one and made us feel at ease. They know their business and we are so grateful we gave them the job of putting on our new roof. They are all about serving the customer. I heard a knock on the door and it was someone from Dr. Roof, I didn’t know who, and he handed me his card and I discovered it was the general manager himself, taking the time out of his busy executive day to come over and meet with me personally and speak with me calmly and at great length in a personable and friendly way until all of my concerns and questions were addressed. We walked all around the perimeter of our home together and addressed every nitty gritty detail. I could sense his professionalism and the depth of his knowledge. I tell ya, if you need a new roof or if you just need repairs, go to Dr. Roof. We are so glad we did and you will be, too. It was a team effort all the way and we couldn’t have done it without them.

Dr. Roof went above and beyond to help us out! We were out of town-two states away-when I contacted them, needing a roof inspection and possible repair. They were on site within the hour! That day I had a full report with photos, an estimate, and a time set for a crew to arrive the following day to begin work. They even found an area of rot on the house that we didnt know existed! The workmanship is beautiful. The rotted area was repaired and blended as if it had never been damaged, and the roof looks amazing!!! It cost us much less than wed thought and the quality of work and attention we received-while not even having to have been there-was more than comforting. Dr. Roof is clearly a family company. Who else would you call while out of town for emergency help to fix your house, but family. Thank you Dr. Roof!

Ive paid Dr Roof over $4000 for a deposit for a new metal roof. Its been over 2 months, they took my payment but still have not put me on their schedule and given me a date for the work to be done. Every time I call them, they dont return my calls. They also dont return my insurance companys calls. Terrible customer service and now I guess I will have to file a better business bureau claim to get my money back. And I will have to hope that my roof lasts another coastal winter in the meantime. I should have given my business to another company and perhaps Id have a roof already.
