My full experience with Olympic Moving & Storage was fantastic. I contacted about 8 different moving companies via their websites for the free quotes and Olympic was one of the three that got back to me. They were the first to respond and did so within 2 hours. Additionally, everyone that I spoke with at the organization was friendly and knowledgeable. My moving situation was extremely rushed and they worked within my, very limited, time frame even though this is a very busy season for them. Stephanie at the office helped to set me up with the in-home review/quote with Brice. She will send you an email with his picture and information about the in-home review which I found to be very helpful. Brice called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and was extremely professional and polite throughout the review. His estimate was right on. The movers themselves were amazingly friendly, helpful and polite. They took the time to explain things and to ensure that my items were packaged well for moving. At the new location they helped to put the furniture together and in the correct places. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend Olympic Moving and Storage.

We used Olympic Moving to move my mother to an assisted living unit at Panorama in Lacey, Wa., then, four months later to move her property to an Olympic Storage Unit, and finally, this week to move her property from Olympics storage to a storage unit 230 miles away in Kennewick, Wa. In all respects Olympic personnel were very professional. courteous and efficient. The movers were very careful and thorough in expertly packing and labeling her property. We were particularly impressed by the courtesy and kindness shown to us and, especially, my elderly mother. They could not have been more patient and thoughtful in accommodating her and her requests. We highly recommend Olympic for any moving needs.

I would recommend Olympic Moving and storage. I have used their services twice in the past two years. I used their services most recently last Friday! I moved from a 2600 square feet house to a 1600 square feet house in Tumwater. I stored a lot of stuff in my garage. I had two trucks and three movers, Wes, Mickey and Terry. Wes actually moved me both times and he even remembered me from the first time. The movers were all very professional and friendly. They were quick, effective and safely moved my belongings. The price I paid was well under my quote and I was happy with the services. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Hiring professional movers is the way to go.

I had a time sensitive multi state pickup for delivery to yet another state. The good folks at Olympic Moving could not have worked harder or helped me more than they did. At every level of my experience, from the first phone to call to the last they were right on top of it. All of the difficulties, options, evolving status of the project, costs, logistic issues for them were fully presented and worked through. There was no delay, there were frequent phone calls to discuss status. All, of my time issues and other issues were fully addressed and worked through. All email inquires were promptly addressed. Unreal good experience; they helped me out more than they will ever know!!

We had a great experience. We had a difficult job, in that our stuff was being moved from North Carolina, stored for a few months and then moved into our new home. Olympic worked with us through the whole process. Communication was good, and everything went smoothly, even though we werent in Olympia when our stuff arrived. The guys did a great job moving our stuff into our new home. They arrived a little earlier than scheduled to try and best the rain (ha,ha). They placed everything in the appropriate rooms, moved heavy equipment up stairs, helped set up beds, Etsy. Nothing was broken or damaged, and we couldnt have been more happy. I would definitely use them again

Brice provided us with an excellent quote the very next day after his assessment visit to our home. After everything was done on the day of our move, we actually came in under the quoted price! The driver did not charge us for any time they spent outside the home. In fact, this driver actually did the administrative portion at the end of the day. Even though he was not familiar with the process, he did everything he could to make sure we had our receipts and everything was in order. I will not be moving anytime soon anymore, but I will be recommending Olympic Moving and Storage to my friends and coworkers.

This is the third time we have used Olympic Movers. They make moving fairly easy with one of their staff coming to your place and providing a quote and their prices are fair and reasonable. They usually end up coming in below their competitors. On this move, we did experience a few hiccups along the way; however, Olympics staff made it easy to discuss the issues and get them resolved. Although we hope not to move again for a long time, when we do, they will be one of the first Movers we will consider. Highly suggest, if possible, dont move during the height of the summer moving season.

They met us in advance, promptly as scheduled, to go over what we needed moving, giving us a precise estimate of the job. They showed up on moving day, on time, ready to go and efficiently moved our furnishings into their truck. Our move was only a short distance away, but even so, they unloaded carefully and efficiently. They put items down in the new place where we wanted them, and even moved pieces again when it turned out not to fit best there. Worth every penny, and saved the backs of my friends and family, as well as my own! Highly recommend.
