Horrible! They did not provide the service we asked for and charged us for diagnosing other problems claiming they saved us money by diagnosing them. Charging shop time for providing services we did not authorize, sign for or ask for. Ive never been charged at a shop for not receiving the service I was there for in the first place. Was then talked down to being told I just dont know how it all works and then called "sweetie". Filing formal complaints. This is not a "business" I would trust.

Have used Countryside Auto Repair for years and have always been satisfied with there friendly and knowledgeable staff from Tabitha at the front desk (always smiles and is cheerful) to Ken and the guys in the shop. They will give you good advice on which is the best way to proceed or not with the repair of your vehicle. Im somebody who can work on my own vehicles and does but when I need a professional, I have countryside to do my work. I (Highly) recommend Countryside.

this company is going downhill as to workmanship. The work is done on time and the price is reasonable, however the last three major repairs they have done for us have not turned out well.Not to sure as to why, I have been a regular customer for years both commercial vehicles and personal vehicles, however I now must find another shop. I seem to have to make repairs to my vehicles after I get them back from the auto repair shop. Too bad, they are nice people..

Country Side Auto Repair is the only car repair shop I use. I have never had a bad experience with them, and I have had to go to them a lot. The receptionist isnt just there to answer phones. She also knows a lot. Everyone there is very friendly and not condescending at all. One of the mechanics even brought me back to the shop to show me a few things that he noticed were wrong with my car. I recommend them not only to friends, but strangers as well.

Country Side Auto has been my one and only mechanic for over a decade! I refuse to bring my vehicles to anyone else. Even after I moved far away, I still make the trip to CSAR, passing several other mechanics on the way. Prices have always been fair, the work is top-notch, and most importantly the people are honest and friendly! We feel like we matter to Country Side Auto--it shows in their smiles and their workmanship.

I have gone there twice not knowing what exactly was wrong with my car. Both times they were able to find and fix minor issues at a very low price. Good to know I can trust them and their level of customer service is also very high. I would send my friends and family here over anywhere else I have been. They have earned a lifetime customer.

Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in most cases. Tabitha and Ken have been great to my car during both of my visits. They found items my previous mechanic missed. Doesnt hurt they are within walking distance of my home. Only suggestion I would make would be to charge by the 1/2 hour rather than the hour.

Hands down the best shop in wa ,the staff is courteous ,friendly,and honest,the many repairs Ive had done were always done professionally,on time and never any surprises with the bill.i have recommended many friends to this shop and they all are now customers for life. You guys rock

Ken and his crew are very good, have used CSAR ever since he opened his doors. We take all our vehicles to them when they need a little TLC. Yes Tabitha you are the glue that holds everything together. :-) Seriously the Mechanics are very good and professional.

This is the only shop Ive used for repairs in a very long time. Since theyve done so well I get my routine maintenance done here too now. Its less expensive than chain stores. The only problem Ive had is with scheduling.
