I needed a simple front brake pad and rotor installed. I already bought the parts and just needed someone to install them for me. So I called and was treated very rudely. I asked if they could do it and when the soonest time would be available. "we dont work with outside parts and nothing is available until Tuesday." *click* he just hanged up! No explanation, no alternatives or any real customer service. I heard good things about them and was recommended to here. I have never gone yet and now it looks like I never will. Poor treatment of potential customers.

I have taken my cars to Harlow Auto Repair for the past several years and cannot speak highly enough of them. The people who changed my oil suggested a serious problem that needed to be checked out. A Harlow mechanic checked my undercarriage and determined that nothing was wrong. There was no charge. Ive had work done on my Mitsubishi Eclipse several times, including paint and body work. These people are very competent, honest, knowledgeable, and do work of the highest quality.

I have been going to Harlows Auto Repair with my vehicles and my family vehicles for the last 25 years. It has been nothing but the best service, and prices. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I live now on the Eastside and it is worth the ferry ride to bring my vehicle to Harlows because they are the best shop I have ever taken my vehicles too. They are fair and truthful. I would recommend them for all my repair work.
