Unbelievable! To start with they will be in Court for screwing up my transmission. I went back numerous times like immediately after I left. The 1st time Jason and his flunky Phil both tried telling me it was normal for my gears to grind a little, especially going into reverse?? They really looked and sounded stupid when they tried telling me that in malice When Phil opened my hood to see what was going on. There was a large, bright, white, rag under my hood. The mechanic did not see it when he reached up to grab my hood? Looking right at my engine, rag right there? Like a doctor leaving a sponge in your body. That rag could have got caught up in my fan and belts. How weak is that? Does that deserve $100 hr. labor? Really? These boys expect their customers to be dumb and nod their head at every word they say. I caught them in straight lies to sell unnecessary work. Check it out in Kitsap County Court on September 6th, 2017 @ 8:45 A.M. If youre thinking bout making them your garage, or getting ready to let them touch your pride n joy. I went back like 4 times and it got to point I can not shift at all. What I paid them to fix that issue, $1200 (11) days before Christmas 2016. Yea it been a while. My Jeep been not drivable for this amount of time. Jason and Phil refused to let me talk to the owner when I asked. Hell they would not let me talk to the mechanic. I do not think he would have understood me anyway.Lol. BS! These 2 guys are totally plastic, fake. Explaining their failures with lies and getting caught. First lie was he had to remove my transmission from my Jeep to inspect my slave cylinder. The one that cost me work I did not need but only done because removing a transmission is major and not to do while it is out of vehicle. LOL It would be good to beware their pretty face and smile. Their lips start moving, RUN! Yea I need to get done exactly what they said they did over again. Just to drive again. Thats why I havent been driving. They straight refused to honor their warranty. Forced me to Court, or they would just get away with their attitudes and behaviors. It was good they were not born in 6os. We dont tolerate that BS. Took 3 months to get a Court date, crazy. But we are going. I do not really expect them to show, hope they do, and bring mechanic. All I should have done was pay and pick up my Jeep. How is it my fault it did not work out that way the 1st or 4th return. This is gonna be interesting to hear. Just real bad when you trust people that lie and realize to late, research 1st. I literally just came from living in Everett 8 yrs, and knew no one, but needed someone here. That decision really screwed up my 2 dogs, my girlfriends, and my summer not being able to get this out. Where it belongs, out driving. I used my Christmas money to get this result too. I was planning on Ocean Shores for me and mine. Cheap and quiet for Christmas. Oh, Phil assured me he had a Jeep exactly like mine. More the reason it should have been done real good. Not sending out parts that do not get machined. Machining it, charging me for it, then put it back in my Jeep. Something must not have fit right going in after machining, huh? I would think? Coopers s knew they done wrong when they gave it back to me. That is what makes it REAL BAD. Not an accident, It was a just make it work we got the $$$ and do not want to put no more into it because we screwed up attitude.That can not be good for business.Easy to be nice when you have easy oil change. Not so easy when you mess up majorly and have to fix it, with a lot full of cars. Over extending we called that in Old school, greedy. Separates the boys from the men Jason N Phil. Thinking bout doing right is wrong, JASON Just do right in the future. 2 late with me, but you had lotta chances. I was a more than a fair, cash paying, in full, CUSTOMER. We feed you and yours, your CUSTOMERS do. Old Schools know that. Jason N Phil were not taught that as children, OBVIOUSLY. JUST SAYING! I Hired U 2 do the work. What do I need to do? NOTHING! Right? $1,122.39 cash not enough cooperation.

Funny,Coopers whomever posts resopnse. Cooperation? I told Philip I was going to sue Coopers when he and Jason jointly decided, together they would not honor warranty. Told me I was trespassing, at 4th time I retured to have botched job corrected. Refused to let me talk to owner, mechanic, or his Bremerton certifications I had legal right to inspect. Coopers advertises certifications, why refuse to show them when asked. Philip said " Its like that". Told him ID be posting review too. He said he did not care. Like he didnt about me, my Jeep, my money.He did not care bout Coopers who feeds his family enough to do right. So really Jason and Phil did not care bout what is right or the peoples reputation they built over decades. If they did this would not be happening n I been having fun in my Jeep. Not rupturing a disk moving my Jeep thats parked on street. Dont go in gear had to force to move so I dont get ticket. This for 8 months. Respond... Tell me How I gotto cooperate. Paid you so I could not worry. Paid you to handle my problem. Or Id took care it myself if I wanted the stress. Wake up what are you saying I need to do any more than pay in full. Heres my middle finger. Ya see? Have great day. Get rid of em theyre garbage that looks good, thats it. Eye candy clean cut but really garbage. Took this to see 4 me.

These guys really know what they are doing. Called around to a few different highly rated repair shops and no one was able to help us fix the sliding door of our minivan, but they assured us they hadnt had one they couldnt fix. They quickly found the problem, called us with their report, price quote and time estimate; turns out it was going to cost half of what we expected, and itd be done in half the time we thought as well. They found a few other minor issues with the van and gave us that little list but they werent trying to sell us on anything, I actually had to ask how much any of it would cost and if theyd have time to do any of it. Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. They are honest and reliable and we highly recommend going to Coopers.

OK, So my family and I rented a home in SIlverdale. The home we rented uses Fuel oil for heat. Well we have never used this before. On top of that the tank was empty. So we called Coopers because It is February and cold. The person who took our call was very knowledgeable and informative about what we needed. Now here is the kicker...., The person told us that they would do their best to get us a delivery that day. We were hopeful but ready to hunker down with space heaters for another night. Well, literally 20 minutes later like an angel, There is a Cooper truck in my driveway ready to fuel us up. The driver was friendly and quick. Overall I would give Coopers a ten star rating. I will take all of my Auto repair and heating oil needs to Coopers.
