I first brought my Convertible to them to have some body damage fixed. Short version, they had my car for a month. When i got it back, i noticed some things that were not correct. They separately charged me $300.00 out of pocket to fix my front bumper. I agreed and payed it. Had i known they were only going to paint half of my front bumper, and give me the excuse that there was more damage to the lower half which cost them more time. I would not have agreed. If some one told you they would do X for Y dollar amount, wouldnt you expect to get what what you paid for? I brought the car back a 2nd time. I told them my insurance was covering things i was not happy with from the first time. keep in mind, my final cost (to my insurance) was $2200 the first round. They again had my car for another month. They even admitted to me they had not completed the work until 2 days prior to me picking it up. When i did pick it up, they had me wait 25min. so they could use crappy touch up paint. Upon final inspection of the car at home (less then 1 mile away). They AGAIN did not do what i had requested. In fact, the work they did do was not up to par for a professional "Collision" body shop. The paint is cracking and bubbling. Clearly they did not remove cretin parts in order to ensure a good bond of the paint. My overall impression of this shop, Amateur. I would NOT recommend or go back to this shop. My total billed cost for both visits was $5000.00 My car still has body blemishes and scrapes. Granted not all of it was caused by the original collision, but youre telling me for $5000.00 you cant completely repaint an entire convertible?

I went in to get my truck repaired after a break in. They were quick and did a good job but after I left the lot I noticed a mistake. I went back and a few mins later they fixed it and I was on my way. They worked with my beyond busy schedule and very understanding.
