Unprofessional, dishonest and untrustworthy. I took my wifes vehicle to this shop hoping for a good honest experience. What I received was the complete opposite. We paid for the services and that included paying for an alignment. When I drove away I noticed that the front left wheel was extremely loose and something wasnt right. We took it back and they said they needed to replace both front lower control arms and ball joints and it would cost around $900 and part of that charge was for another alignment. So I chose to take it to a local mechanic and get a second opinion, they replaced only the left control arm and ball joint and the car was perfect. However I needed to get another alignment done since your shop charged me for an alignment on a vehicle that was not even ready to be aligned, so I technically gave you free money since the first alignment was bogus and instead of returning to you to make it right I feared you would make it worse. That isnt even the worst part, when I picked up my vehicle one of the employees had been smoking in it and left their electric cigarette machine in my vehicle. When they discovered that they lost it they were in a panic and came to my work to pick up the vapor pen. This was the absolute worst experience I could have imagined and I will be giving negative feedback to every person that asks for a recommendation.

Car one had four tires installed and car had vibration took it back they said got them dead on car still had vibration at freeway speeds went looking for other problems driveshaft ect pulling hair out trying to find why stop driving car Car two had four tires balanced was worst after and had a found one wheel badly bent got a new (used )wheel they put on no charge said it balanced with no weight ,ok car still had a vibration but livable and so I the sold car I dont know why but took my truck in for two tires (used) to be put on told me loose bearing took truck home repacked bearing a little better but not right So took truck to Les swab found one of the tires was 1.7 oz off now drives good So went and got car one took to les swab found three wheels 1-to1.2oz out and one wheel bent got wheel repaired rebalance now drives great stay a way for wheel service

I dont typically write reviews, but my experience was so bad here I have to warn people. Took my Enclave in for some brake work. They quoted me $1400. I decided to shop it and had 2 other shops quote me half that price for the same exact work. I called them to let them know I wouldnt be using them because they were grossly over priced. They told me they wanted the business so they would drop the price to match what the other shops were quoting. I should have known right then that these guys werent the most honest people, but because they already had my car and it was convenient I went for it. Here i am 8 months later and i have to have another shop redo all the work. Their 3 star rating tells you everything you need to know. Steer clear of these guys.

Cant speak to actual quality of their service. However do not rely on making online appointment as it may not be honored. I arrived for confirmed appointment that could not be honored even though I had confirming email. The attendant said the online system does not know the actual workload of their shop. He did say they could get to it sometime today. OK I guess I can buy that about a central appointment system but why promote online appointments then? Also is it too much to ask for the local dealer to check the online appointments each morning and to call customers who cannot be accommodated to save them a trip in?

I took my Grand Vitara there at the last minute 10min b4 their closing hrs per google cause I had a bad oil leak. Bryan was very helpful and attentive to our problem. He reassured us that we will look at the problem with no charge. After he gave my car an inspections he told me it was my oils filter coming lose. Bryan even filled some of my oil and gave a good printes and emailed a summary statement of what is needed to replace on my vehicle. I specially like seeing a picture of the areas that needed attention. Thank so much Brian. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment almost one week in advance and arrived on time. The guy behind the counter was so rude. Said "our oil change process takes 2 1/2 hours" I said when I called no one told me this. Then he says well we are backed up very much right now but lets reschedule you for later in the day and you will be in and out. Instead of taking responsibility for their screw up they lie through their teeth. So unprofessional. I stated that I had an appointment scheduled. He said he understood but couldnt help me now. What?!! Will not be going back there...ever.

One of the great things about moving to Gig Harbor was the location of my new home in proximity to the Gig Harbor Meineke Car Care Center. I have a couple of older cars, different makes, which have needed some work done. The Gig Hargor Meineke is a full-service shop. And Brian, Grant and the other folks at Meineke have been consistently honest with their assessments, fair in their pricing, and very helpful. They are also pleasant to work with. Its so convenient to have such an awesome local auto mechanic! I couldnt recommend them more highly.

i visited the gig harbor location recently and was more than pleased with the service as well as the work that was performed on my vehicle the technicians were top notched . I believe the manager name was Brian he was more than helpful and made sure that i was able to leave safely in my vehicle , and last but not least i did not spend nearly what i expected too. These guys are amazing. They fixed my friends car and helped her get a much better price than she had been quoted elsewhere. Her car runs awesome now. I took mine there but couldnt afford the repair, they held my car free of charge for a few days while I tried to get the funds and didnt force anything on me. I felt completely comfortable talking to everybody there. Ill go to these guys again and I highly recommend you give them a shot next time you need work done.

These gentlemen are great! As a woman who is not very " car savy" I am always Leary of taking my car in to be fixed, But the manager showed me step by step what needed to be done , how they would do it and what it would cost.I was impressed with the level of customer service I was shown. And to top it off they did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted me..AMAZING! My car runs great! thanks guys you have customer for life.
