DANGER TO TRUST MY AUTO WORKS! They left off nuts to my differential! Dont be a fool go elsewhere! This shop has taken advantage of my father a disabled elderly man. They couldnt even get an alignment right. Cost my Father 4 brand new Full sized truck tires NOT CHEAP! They said they completed reairs to a truck of mine and left out nuts to my differential! DANGER!!! (I posted pictures to my facebook page.) They say they have towing but left my family stranded on the freeway! Because of their faulty workmanship after promising they were christians and would have an ASE Certified Technician do all the work! Thank you wifey she had AAA We had to have all the work they did redone all $4,000 of it! This is no duplicate post these people took my truck to another shop to fix it... Who does that? Claimed it to be the "sister shop" said Rolland... I had to go to the sister shop to get my truck back that was not repaired by the way... JUST CRAZY HERE!

During the "2012 Storm" I was driving from Seattle to Portland when my check engine light came on. At the advice of my smart phone, I was directed to Auto Works in Ridgefield WA. I was a little nervous, but was soon relieved after meeting the staff and technicians. My truck was diagnosed, a part delivered, and the repair completed. Within 90 minutes I was on my way. The cost was half what I would have considered appropriate for an emergency service that was worked in to their already full schedule. I highly recommend this shop for quality and honesty. I have a 1994 Toyota Camry with 240,729 miles on it. My Auto "Works" is the reason it continues to run like it did 140k ago. Still 25-30 miles to the gallon. NEVER over the quoted price. They always do a little extra. They always UNDER promise and OVER deliver. I drive 62 miles round-trip just to have them do ALL of my work. Need I say more? I dont think so except to say . . . in 40+ years they are the BEST auto shop Ive ever had!!! Tell David, Bev, and Roland John the "Card Guy" sent me. This family run business has A LOT going for them.

The best repair shop I have been to by far!!! Fast and friendly service, I was upsold a ton of needed repairs at another place in town and after taking it to My Auto Works I found out that non of those repairs were even needed. They even took me in the shop to show me on the vehicle. I really like the fact that they take the time to explain things so us "non car guys" can understand what repairs are needed. Thanks

Refered to this shop by a friend. They did a great job fixing the noise that 3 other shops couldnt find. They also gave me a quick inspection that showed a few things that needed to be done and explained that the previous shops suggested work was not actually needed! Honest, explained things well, stayed at quoted price. Thank goodness that I finally found My Auto Works so I can stop bouncing from shop to shop!
