Dear Friends - Weve had no more problems. Don and Marilez Hi Tareq, I greatly appreciate your willingnes to speak with the gentlemen at Jiffy Lube about my air filter issue. Fortunately they agreed to pay for the air flow meter and i recieved my compensation this week. I am happy my friend refered me to a great mechanic! Thanks again. Best wishes, Ryan Mickelson Tareq, family, Brandon, and the TNA "Doctors", Thank you for all your help and hard work. Bob and family. Dear Tareq, Brandon and all mechanics! Just wanted you to know how awesome I think you guys are and how much we appreciate having an honest and trusting mechanic! YOU ROCK!!! Sincerely, Leah and Mark Lopez Tareq and Brandon, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the job done on my daughters car. Her name is Marisa Pxxx and she drives a Lexus RX-300. Her car was towed from school and the tow truck driver recommended your shop. She didnt know who to trust and needless to say, knows nothing about cars. You gave her a comprehensive estimate she could understand and a timeframe and adhered to both. She is very pleased with the work done on the car and we are as well. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her and the car. Sincerely, Cindy Pxxx To all at TNA Auto, Thanks to your hard work and expert care, Ive fallen in love with my truck all over again! Your amazing! West Dxxxxx Hello Tareq, Thanks again for all your assistance with this head gasket issue, we really appreciate everything you have done, and continue to do, to look after the maintenance of our car. I just spoke to Emily and she said she would be faxing over documentaion of the coolant changes (w he coolant system conditioner added) to Wentworth Subaru. I just wanted to follow up and say that Grant at Wentworth was very clear that there had to be proof that the cooling system conditioner was added at each coolant system maintenance. I only mention this because I dont belive the records we have specifically list out that conditioner was added. Again, we greatly appreciate your assistance with this as it is no doubt some additional work for you. Thanks again. Please do not hesistate to contact me if you have questions. Jeff Sxxxxxx TNA, Thanks again you guys! I really appreciate alll the help. I"ll be back! Sincerely, Hayward Dear Brandon and Tareq, This note is to thank you for fixing our car on short notice by strangers! We were so happy to have a reliable mechanic to tend to our car while we were on vacation - it worked fine on the way home, by the way. All that, plus you washed out the old bugs! Thank you, Liz Exxxxxx 97 odyssey/starter motor

They screwed up an oil change twice. I went in for just an oil change, and they way, way overfilled the oil to a dangerous level. I did not check the oil level before I left as I trusted them to be able to handle an oil change (NOTE TO SELF & EVERYONE: Always check your oil level after an oil change before leaving anywhere). So I went back and they agreed that the oil level was too high and drained the oil. Again I trusted them to handle that, but when I got back the oil level was way below low, so I had to go out and put in a full quart. That’s the short version. The slightly longer version was that for some reason my [CHECK ENGINE] light turned on after I had the oil change, and then I checked the oil and saw that the oil was way overfilled by at least a quart. So when I went back for the oil drain I asked them about the [CHECK ENGINE] light. A mechanic hooked up a diagnostic device to my car, and said that he was not getting a reading, and there must be some short of short in my car’s system that would need to be fixed. I then went and sat in the waiting room. Another mechanic came out, and I guess he thought that I had overfilled the oil, and he told me that the oil was at a dangerous level that could cause serious damage to the engine, and it was good that I was having it drained. I asked him what he thought about the diagnostic device not working, and what I would need to have done to my car to fix the “electrical short”. He told me that the diagnostic device the other mechanic used doesn’t work half the time, so he used one that worked. Although the second mechanic was friendly and helpful, and the first one was less so, yet even though he was friendly and bother to use diagnostic device that worked he the over drained my car by a quart, and didn’t bother to check. I’m not exaggerating or being picky- these guys badly screwed up an oil change twice, and did not bother to check either time. I am glad the [CHECK ENGINE] light turned on because I could have destroyed my car’s engine had I just assumed that the oil had been changed correctly. There are a lot of bad reviews of TNA and I feel they are warranted. I had gotten to the point where I did not trust them with anything major, and after they botched an oil change twice I won’t be back. A lazy mechanic doing sloppy work can cause serious damage to your car. Also they charge $29 for the oil change, and don’t bother to check fluid levels or do anything else. This was a minor incident- checkout the other reviews for people who have had major problems.

The person answering the phone Brandon is horrible. I made an appointment last week for Monday. Drop my car off Sun night. They called at 10 am Monday morning told them I needed new brakes (easier repair) he said no problem they would call me back with a quote. NEVER CALLED I finally called them at 2 and Brandon answers the phone laughing and says he will call me back. Never calls I called agian at 5 he said he would call me never called. I call them this morning (tue) and he said they didnt have time cause I didnt have an appointment and that I should of called them to find out what was going on.....I told them not to touch my car I will pick it up...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

TNA is the cleanest auto repair shop youll ever set foot in. The garage area is as clean as the front office, and that speaks volumes about their attention to detail and their care for the work environment. It also makes it easy and safe to take customers into the work area to explain aspects of the repair work. My brake job took longer than they anticipated—the estimated completion time changed twice—but my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up, which was a lovely touch. And it seems they adjusted the tension on my parking brake at no extra charge. I highly recommend TNA Auto Repair.

I have a penchant for old Volvos, and as a single woman have been given the run around, double talk , and bad attitudes by several mechanics in town (hello Vol-Tech). Brandon and Tareq and TNA have always been kind, patient and understanding. They answer all of my questions and give me good service on my vehicle. Ive never had a repair go wrong with them. Ive had weird jerky guys answer the phone there in the past, but in general it is Brandon and he has a high quality of customer service. Check out TNA. They are polite and they do good work.
