Finally, after trying Matts and another shop in town, I found a place that can actually finish the job and do it right. I had a problem with play in the steering and wandering as I drove down the road. I took it to Matts twice and told them that I wanted it fixed. After the first repair, I ended up going back a few months later again for the same thing. This time I was assured that it would be fixed. It still had a problem when I got home. I drove it for a while to really verify that it wasnt totally fixed - because I couldnt believe that this was really happening. I finally decided to try another shop. Todd at Pegoraro Auto Repair took it in for an estimate and their professional mechanic found things that should have been replaced when the front end tie rods, ball joints, and steering box were replaced. (understand, I had Matts do at least $3,000+ work on this part of my truck) Pegoraro Auto Repair had the front end repairs done in 2 days, and also fixed an A/C problem too. I took it for a drive and couldnt believe how nice it drove. As soon as I got home, Todd called me to make sure that I liked the job they did. You can find many cheaper places to have your car or truck fixed in Vancouver, but none will do a better job than Pegoraro Auto Repair! Have it done right the first time at Pegoraro Auto Repair!

Pegoraro Auto & Truck Repair. I found Joe and crew at Pegoraros after they were recommended by a local Vancouver truck parts store. I had been searching all over Portland for 6 months for a diesel mechanic that could resolve a massive oil leak on my Ford F350. Joe was the only one that took a look at the situation, booked the appointment, and resolved the problem, almost immediately. The vehicle was older, and had really been put through its paces, mechanically wise, but they got the vehicle back up and running. After a year of occasional drop offs for necessary upkeep and maintenance, the engine runs almost as good as new, and is back in the fleet making projects happen. We now bring all our trucks to them for upkeep and maintenance. Since were in Portland, its a bit of a drive up to Pegoraros, but its worth it because Pegoraros is a place that says what they will do, do what they say, then stand behind what they did. I highly recommend Joe, Todd, and all the team for all of your automotive repair needs!

Joe, Todd, and the whole team have done a spectacular job of helping to maintain our commercial fleet. They were able to help me refine our maintenance budget, have provided excellent service, nothing but honest opinions, and even some suggestions for fleet tracking that we will now be implementing. I started taking my personal vehicle there as well. While not overly expensive, do expect to pay an honest price for quality, honest work. Their transparency, integrity, and customer service have made our experiences with them nothing but enjoyable and highly satisfactory.

I am a new customer at Pegoraro after being referred by another Sprinter van repair shop. Sometimes things happen for a reason! Joe and Todd are superb. The work has been top shelf and the communication is excellent. I will be returning again and again. Its unusual to find an auto repair business that honestly cares about customer service. We broke down in our diesel pusher RV on a Thursday while on vacation. I called all over Vancouver and Portland trying to find someone to get us back on the road and no one could even look at it until Monday. Pegoraro got us in first thing Friday morning and had us back on the road within 2 hours. They even let us stay in our rig in the parking lot and let us put water in our holding tank to get us through the night. They were super nice and sympathetic to our situation. Highly recommended!
