Worst experience ever trying to buy tires I looked online and this place is very close to where my wife works and so I scheduled online for her to get her new tires and in the morning I called to verify the appointment and the guy that picked up the phone could not find my info and said he couldnt get us in until next week so I called my wife and told he what happened then about an hour later the guy called my wife and said we have your tires are you coming in? So she drove over and walked in and first thing the guy at the counter was very rude and didnt want to help and called someone else over when he got to the counter he tried to charge her $1100 and the quote I got online was $602 and so he matched the price and we had a coupon from Firestone for $100 off and they said oh you cant use that it just expired yesterday thats my fault I didnt notice the date but then the guy laughs at her and said what like we are just supposed to make an exception for you Then she just walked out

Walked in for 1 slow leak tire issue, and when I entered lobby the mechanics were seriously fighting with each other. They were cussing & at each others necks. Couldnt make this up. They took my truck at 5pm, left it with them and I didnt get it back till 1pm the next day! And it wasnt fixed after all that time! They said the tire couldnt be fixed after all that. Took it to a WELL MANAGED shop and issue was dealt with immediately and PROFFESIONALLY. At the moment this Firestone is sub-managed and employs classless mechanics, has been a great place to take my vehicles for the past 10 years but right now stay away from this Firestone till upper management figures it out.

Good Firestone and honest dealers. I know a lot about cars, but as a woman, sometimes mechanics try to jerk you around. They didnt here; they diagnosed the problem and got to work on it and didnt try to charge me for anything extra. I needed an alignment done and they were able to do it that afternoon. Yeah, I had to wait, but that wasnt a big deal, considering I needed help with my car. The front desk technician was wonderfully nice, and the mechanic came out and spoke to me and told me what he did. Also: a reviewer below says a diagnostic is $100. Not sure if they got something different, but my diagnostic was $15.

Was laughed at by African American counterman his mechanic and customers when I asked to get my Firestone Tire repaired. Apparently they are to busy to honor a Firestone warranty and wanted push my repair ahead three days in the future. Only one car in the parking lot and maybe one on the lift. Mind you my tire is losing 10 PSI a day. Went to Les Schwab and had it fixed within 45 minutes but I had to pay. Will not ever buy a Firestone tire again and will never go back to Lake Oswego Firestone. As they laughed at me in the parking lot and waved goodbye I did give them the Bird!

I am just slightly confused on what the point was in having an appointment? I needed two tires replaced and that was it. I have been waiting for 3 hours now and I was just told "20 more minutes it should be done". So Ill be waiting for 3.5 hours to have two tires replaced. Seems a bit long to me for such a small job. I have waited less time at the dealership for larger jobs. Wont be coming back.

Went in to get randomn stuff done to my car. A light was on. They make you pay $100 to diagnose it and then they couldnt even determine why the light was on and said I had to pay more money to hook it up to their system. I got oil changed, engine flushed, full service inspection etc. I left and no one bothered to tell me that the rear brake light was out. Really???

I cane in on a Friday afternoon for a tire rotation and they offered me a seat and said, it would not be too long and I was out of there in 30 minuets. Very friendly and polite staff and they offered me services that I needed but I was in a hurry and said next time. Im definitely going to try them out on my next oil change. John Young Happy Camper

They seemed bothered that I came in after they called me and said they had the tires for my car. I had quoted out the night before and scheduled the appointment and they refused to honor the quote because it included a coupon that ended the night I scheduled the appointment and did the quote.
