Never again, I took my vehicle here after it overheated. I spent a few hundred dollars on a few repaired hoses and water pump. A short time later my truck overheated again on the highway and had to get it towed to kars, and spent a few hundred more on a new radiator and labor. Not a couple weeks after I was on my way to work to Washington and my truck over headed again and again had to get it towed back to kars and after a month at this shop I found out it was a bad head gasket and was going to cost almost a grand to fix. I made the decision that my truck was not worth the repair and would just sell it as is on craigslist. I got a call and a guy came to my house to look at it and made an offer. And to sell a vehicle that you were told had a huge repair to be made I had to sell it for very cheap and an hour after I had sold it the gentleman drove my truck back to my house to tell me he had just driven my truck 20 miles without over heating after replacing a $12 thermostat and two gallons of antifreeze. So after sending my truck to kars 3 times for the same problem and spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on towing and repairs and then finally giving the vehicle away based on the information given to me from kars. I will never take another vehicle here again and would tell anyone who would listen the same thing.
