If I could give them a worse rating then this I would. I received absolutely horrible customer service by the owners, of all people. I went in using a coupon I had got off of Groupon and asked for an oil change. I was a first time customer of Meineke and thought they were offering a good deal through Groupon so Id try it out. Bad mistake. I had only asked for an oil change nothing else, as my car did not need it and I was short for time. Before I knew it the mechanic came into the lobby and told me he broke part of my wheel while getting my tire off. I was confused as to what he was talking about so he led me into the back to show me. As he was explaining that the piece broke because of who ever put the tires on last tightened them too much and I would now pay for the part he broke, it hit me.........I didnt even ask him to be doing anything with my tires. When I asked why my tires were being messed with when all I wanted was an oil change, the Female owner said to me well we always do complementary tire rotation and Im sure you were told that. At this point Im getting pretty irritated and let them know that I did not ask anyone to touch my tires, and I shouldnt be paying for a part that is broken by their mechanic who performed a service I did not need, or ask for. The Male owner then stated fine I will take the charge off since youre whining so much about it. I waited around for 2 hours for their mechanic to fix it and never received so much as an apology from the owner, only the statement that its better where they moved from because people arent like they are around here. Can you believe it?! The point of the Groupon was for them to build up their customer base, but instead they lost more customers then they know. Businesses are build on word of mouth.....

Ive been to this Meineke several times and every time Ive had a great experience. I used to always go to whichever shop was offering a deal and its nice to know Ive found a home with this Meineke shop. I can honestly say that neither my husband nor I have ever had a shop that we would always go to, now we do. We get fantastic customer service every time and the people both in the front of the shop and in the back are very knowledgeable about caring for our cars. The shop is always clean (which makes a difference to me, it tells me that they care about their business), they typically get the job done faster then they have originally told me and they even put covers on my steering wheel and my seat so as not to get any shop grease on my car. Thats fantastic! Whenever we go in and theres something extra that we need done on our cars they are always straight with us, which is huge in my opinion. I dont ever feel like they are trying to upsell me. Having a mechanic who you can trust makes all the difference in the world. I should also mention that we have a friend who used to be a mechanic and helps us with things from time to time. The last time we took my husbands car in they went through things with my husband and figured out the things that the shop should work on and the things that our friend should help us with. I thought that was really respectful of them and also showed us that they werent trying to get us to do things that didnt need to be done. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Went in for a simple oil change at 3K limes since last... "Gotta do it!". In defense for the shop they were fast to get the change done and get me on my way. Staff was helpful and seemed on the ball. Service advisor explained the things they suggested might needing future work. I was delighted on the speed of the work and the suggestion. All was 5 star services in my mind up to this point. After getting back on my way... about a block of 2 at the most the "Service Engine Soon" lite came on. I was pressed for time so I check the gauges and everything else was looked OK (oil, water and charging) sensor must have gotten unplugged. I had a meeting and noting looked pressing. Car ran a bit poorly but drive-able (wanted to turn around but no time). After work checked under the hood and noticed the Mass Air flow sensor was laying on the engine. The Mass Air Sensor "MAS"was unplugged. I had to force it back in... a tight fit. The only way this was unplugged was during the oil change as I check all the fluids and make a weekly inspection... "Gotta do it!". I cleared the error from the computer and the issue was solved. If I had more time I would have taken it back and told them to fix it and clear the error. The service advisor called me and asked me to change my review... so here you go. Water down. In the phone call The service advisor was rather sharp tongue. Trust and honor critical you have lost my business. Messing up on my car and then calling me and whining. :(

First off my experience with muffler shops in the past has been terrible. I was very hesitant going back to one but I thought to give it a shot since I really needed a new CAT. Called these guys to set up a free diagnostic check. They got me in then next day after work around 5pm. All the mechanics were professional and there customers service was top notch! After looking underneath my car they knew exactly what I needed and ordered the parts with in 15mins from me pulling up to the shop and gave me an estimate. We set the a time the next day to get everything done. They even offered to start working on my car before parts arrive to make it a faster process also offered me a ride to work if needed! Took my car in early next morning . I meet with the owner who was super friendly insured everything will go as planed. Picked it up after work they informed me everything went good and my new CAT fit well and gave me a 10% discount of the total price. In closing I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a team of professionals that are knowledgeable with great customer service along with competitive prices! I will go back to these guys again!

Have been a customer of this Meineke since they opened in 2012. At first this was an amazing experience with great customer care. In the past 8 months it has turned to crap. We always buy an oil change card because of the savings it brings. I used to be able to walk in to get an oil change and now all I get is the run around. The management has changed and not for the good. Now the front desk treats customers like crap. It has lost its "take care of the customer" atmosphere. Tried to get my oil changed today and got the run around about making an appointment (never had to do this before) and tried to be as polite as possible but when the front desk manager wanted to be a punk, things got a little escalated. I finally asked to get a refund on my oil change card so I could go elsewhere and be treated fairly. Just kept telling me "nope". I asked for the owners name to complain and I was told to find it on the internet. If you need your oil changed...keep driving and find somewhere that gives two craps. Dont stop here, nothing good will come of it!
