Actually, this is not a bogus review, but the car is in your system under my wifes name. To address your again false statements here... I complained about the brake squeal, and was told about the process you use to bed in the brakes, no offer to fix. The supposed oil leak (which it is now a good 5-10,000 MORE miles since the last review I posted) you wanted $600 to fix, and this was a simple valve cover gasket/cam chain gasket fix which many shops perform for under $200 parts and labor. Your lack of knowledge pertaining to the fuse further shows why you improperly diagnosed as both washer pumps failing. And actually, you went as far as to say that both pumps were "cracked", as though you had actually removed the inner fender and investigated. No, the fuse is not specifically labelled for the washer pumps, it is a convenience accessory fuse, which is TIED to the washer pumps. Look it up, I can assure you that my knowledge is correct. As for your lies on the A/C compressor costing only $976, you quoted me $$830 JUST FOR THE COMPRESSOR, plus another $165 for a reciever dryer, PLUS another 80 for two orifice tubes, PLUS the recharge, PLUS labor... AGAIN with notes saying the compressor seized, particles have made their way through the system, etc... as though the problem had actually been investigated. By all means, dont be afraid to jump on google and give yourself a five star rating... but just keep in mind I am only speaking the perfectly factual truth. What YOUR invoice says vs. what a second opinion has resulted in, after I balked at your exorbitantly high prices. By the way, I also used to OWN and manage a high performance european shop in South Florida, which is how I knew your prices were so far out of line for an independent shop to begin with. I can get cheaper quotes from Champion Audi!!!

My experiences with the folks at Matrix Integrated have been nothing short of amazing. I will go so far as to say that they have been astounding. I do not have enough good things to say about Jeremy Williams and the folks at Matrix Integrated. Matrix Integrated is one of the very few shops that I trust. Jeremy is good folks. He is honest, prompt, and ensures things are done right. I bought a car in the Portland area, and Jeremy took receipt of the car to have maintenance and other work done. He updated me regularly. He got back with me in a very swift manner if questions or concerns came up. He went out of his way to really help me out with several things including troubleshooting and solving a problem that came up. It had nothing to do with what the shop had done, but he sought out ways to address the issue....he also made sure everything was in order for transport of the car from the shop to where I lived at the time. The level of dedication, passion, and integrity is so rare...but you will find it here. I refer good folks I know to this shop. They take care of ones vehicle as though it were their own....Whether one is bringing in a car for an oil change or diagnostic code reading to doing a complete, serious build, one is treated the same. Unfortunately, that cannot be said of many places....For my future car projects, I foresee my sending them to Jeremy Williams and his folks (and I live on the east coast). My experience with this shop has been the best of any I have ever had. I cannot thank them enough. I only wish there were more folks out there like them....

Great service, fair pricing and trustworthy. I went to Matrix before I purchased my Porsche. I used them to inspect the car prior to me making an offer on it at a car dealership. Glad I did! Nothing was found wrong with it, but i could tell these guys are honest and do great work. Ive purchased tires through them before they were able to install them. They helped me research tires and then gave me straight up dealer cost on them. Now they can install tires, and Ive used them for that as well. I went to Matrix for an inspection prior to taking the car out road course at PIR. Nothing found. The prior services had me come back when I needed my clutch done on the Porsche. While doing that, they found an undetected oil seal leak from an oil cooler located above the transmission. They sent me pictures and and I gave them authorization to have that work done as well. About 6 months after the repair work was completed I noticed another oil leak near the area they worked near my transmission and clutch. Justin said to bring it down. They found the RMS inside the transmission failed so they replaced it. A little over $1,800 worth of labor for a $50 part and they did it all for nothing. Integrity is important to me, Matrix has it. Over 9 years since the work was done, the car is still running strong. I highly recommend MATRIX! In fact I have recommended Matrix to a coworker. He has been taking his Porsche for work at Matrix and thanked me for the recommendation.kitchen

If I could give a 0, I most definitely would. I would probably give a negative score honestly. After returning our vehicle to their shop three times for the same oil leak and belt shredding, the problem persisted and the engine shut down less than two hours after leaving the shop the last time. After them finally fixing the leak, they contacted my husband to let us know the engine failed and they would not take any responsibility. Just a few examples of what we dealt with includes: giving us the run around the entire time they had it, trying to explain things that werent actually wrong, having the vehicle for less than 72 hours each time we got it back, having to replace a quart of oil each day, the list goes on... This shop is extremely unprofessional. They did not check the front main seal for a huge leak the first time they had it, and according to two other master mechanic BMW shops, it should have been caught under these circumstances. Two belts shredded, many parts replaced, and finally a front main seal, the car went out of timing due to their negligence of not checking for belt debris originally. Would never recommend. They might try and charge you ~$2500 to fix whats not wrong.

Recommended to me by the porsche club. Ive dealt with a lot of different shops in the many years ive owned german vehicles. I have to say that my experience with Matrix Integrated was beyond my highest expectations. I was treated with respect, everything was explained to me, photos were sent before any work was done, and no one tried to act smarter than me. I know a lot about cars and the one thing I hate is when mechanics try to make it seem like they know more than I do. I am only bringing my car to them because I do not have the time and the tools... but I do have the knowledge. Anyways. Jeremy at MI is great. He will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and exactly what can wait. He will make suggestions and answer all questions. He has hooked me up with auto detailing, windshield repairs and dent removal services through his connections at prices I wouldve only imagined. In the begining I would call around to compare his quotes on parts and labour to other shops and online stores. I gave up on that after the third time I had my car in there. German car owners... we should all be lucky to have this shop in town.
