Love this repair shop! If you live in the Portland/Lake Oswego area and drive a Mercedes, this is the place to go for service and repairs. I drive a C240 and have been bringing my car here for regular maintenance and service for about three years. Mark and his team are consistently friendly and efficient, and theyre always able to identify and fix any issues. My most recent positive experience: Sunday night I was headed out of town for work when a sudden rattle developed in my engine. I called them while I was out of town and made an appointment for Friday morning when I was back in town (right before a holiday weekend no less). I brought my car in first thing in the morning and they greeted me with a smile, offering to share some of their Friday morning doughnuts (which were delicious by the way). They took a look at the engine, determined it was a loose bolt and at the same time they replaced two bulbs that were out. They had me on my way in less than thirty minutes for less than $20. Cant recommend them highly enough- thanks Mark and the rest of the crew for your great service!

This place is where you must take your Mercedes to for any repair. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My car was with another mechanic for thirteen months from July 2015 to August 2016 and I wasted over $600 with them. My car was drooped to Lakeside on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning it was running. Also I was told I do need a new transmission for over $2300 including labor but, Mark asked me to wait for a day or two. He repaired the transmission for only $425.00 and saved me more than $1800.00 WHAT A BIG MISTAKE FOR NOT COMING TO MARK ON JULY 2015. Thanks Mark.

Well I have had a wonderful experience with LakeSide Motors. I purchased a 1998 SL500 with no real history and 105K miles. It had some issues and to my delight all were corrected and the only delay was getting a few parts. It was a pleasure to work with Taylor, he kept me informed daily and that was unexpected. They are my shop for sure and I also own a 13 C250 which will be going there. I have recommended 2 of my buddies with MBs there as well. Do yourself a favor and go by and talk to them for all your repairs, great work and a very fair price.

I was referred to Lakeside Mercedes through a good friend of mine. Every positive words he said to me about this shop was true. Lakeside Mercedes is ethical, a real nice man that saved me major bucks on my service. He told me research past service bills to see when certain items were last replaced, instead of just telling me to go ahead and fix them based on the cars mileage . WOW- who does that???? The place is bare bones, no fancy waiting room, but Id rather have bare bones than a huge bill any day. THANK YOU!!

Good Service..Great Price! I brought my 2002 G-500 to Lakeside Motors after being grossly over quoted at the Mercedes Dealership. I was very happy with the quality of work and genuine customer service. I ask lots of questions and they answered all them. I not only use Lakeside Motors when I need repairs on my rig, but I refer them to all my friends, family & co-workers!!

Ive had excellent service experiences here on my several Mercedes vehicles spanning from the classic (ok - semi-classic) 79 300SD up through more recent examples including my E300 Turbo. The staff are helpful and professional, works is done on time and where there are issues that crop up, they are explained clearly and reviewed prior to incurring unexpected charges.

Lakeside Mercedes replaced a torque strut on my car today, which they had originally installed 15 months ago. Even though the warranty expired 3 months ago, they didnt charge me for this repair. Im impressed that they stood behind their work. Also, they provided a loaner car to me.

I bought a used Merc last year and the people at Lakeside have been great. They are helpful, they explain things in detail, they follow-up to make sure the repairs have worked out, and their prices are very reasonable. I will be taking my car there from now on.
