I have used Gentle Giant twice in the last two years, and I have been nothing but satisfied with their service. The staff is a team of all around great people. They are professional, friendly, and convey trust and confidence to the client. In both of my moves, I found my moving team to be working hard to get me moved in the fewest hours necessary without compromising the security of my belongings. I truly feel that the Gentle Giant staff works with the client’s best interests in mind. In my last move, when my landlord tried to deny my confirmed and documented elevator reservation, the Gentle Giant staff was able to very professionally push back and advocate for me, resulting in my elevator reservation being honored and a positive relationship with the landlord being maintained. I have recommended Gentle Giant both to friends and family members who have had similar excellent experiences. After working with Gentle Giant, I will never consider another moving company again.

Fast, efficient, and caring. What more can I say, Gentle Giant did all the right things in the right way. They arrived when they said they would, they loaded quickly, which by the way do not leave any packing for the day of the move, the crew were friendly without being artificial about it, and they came in under the estimate. If there is any thing I would like improved it is the communication with my sales rep. Everything worked out fine I just needed more reassurances than most people possibly and that need wasnt being met, hence the four stars and not five. I have dealt with Gentle Giant on two occasions, once with a relative and with myself and both times they were great. If you need a mover I dont think you can do wrong.

Just like in the video, they really did run! But- only on the way back, not while carrying your stuff. I was really impressed by how hardworking, focused, and upbeat the team stayed throughout the entire 10 hour move. I saw nothing but care shown to our belongings, and have not found a single instance of damage while unpacking. I had never hired professional movers before, and this was absolutely worth it. Thanks!

Gentle Giant movers, particularly, Craig was great. They moved some unusually heavy and large items for us at the end of a very long day and had a great attitude, were well prepared to move all items safely (safe for them, the house, and the items), and worked efficiently. I appreciate that they were willing to go the extra mile moving one very large treadmill up a flight of tight stairs. Definitely recommend.

Couldnt be happier that we used Gentle Giant! They were super informative, helpful, fast, and made our whole move much much easier on both ends. We packed most of our things ahead of time, but they were happy to help with the large/awkward/fragile items when they arrived. Everything was loaded and handled with extreme care, and everything arrived at our new home perfectly.

We used this service twice now in the past 2 1/2 years, and they are terrific. Their prices are very fair, they are extremely quick (which effectively leads to lower prices, since they charge by the hour), they are friendly, and they are very much advocates of their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone I know, and I would personally not utilize another moving service.
