Wow, how can I say how great the guys were? I consider myself a ‘veteran’ mover, moved all my life as a military child and then as an adult moved cross country 3 times. I’ve moved so many times that when I see a good box my brain tells me to keep it because it makes a good moving box someday……BUT, for the first time I had to do a move with a 4 m.o. colicky baby. This move just kicked my behind. I was not prepared when the guys showed up, about 50% packed, but they did not miss a beat. Instead of just standing around watching me scramble, the guys just picked up and packed it all in. On top of all that, the house we were moving into had not closed on time and we did not have keys to move in. I was BEYOND stressed. Right upon arrival, Ivan sensed what was going on (probably by my tense phone conversations) and just totally took control over the pack out, taking one less thing off my plate so I could focus on . I would have NEVER gotten out of the apartment that day without Ivan and his fantastic crew’s help. If you are looking for something more than just muscles, these guys are your best choice. Professional all the way, went above and beyond. Everything arrived undamaged, and we actually had a bed to sleep on that night (which I was extremely grateful for!). Thanks again guys, you kick butt!!!

I heard this company from my friend. After compare with other local moving companies, I decide to go with this one for few reasons. First, their charge rate is best out of all companies I found.(I made call to all companies for quote) Second, they can schedule my move the next day, while other companies may need couple days for available appointment. Also, the coordinator on the phone, Colette, was really friendly and helpful. On the moving day, the mover give me a call when they arrival the pickup location.(they supposed to call me 30 minutes ahead) I drove almost 45 minutes to drive over there; however, I found out that they wont start the charge after I was there.(reasonable) These two movers were great just like other reviews mention. After I saw the way how they protect my furniture, I dont even thinking about buying extra insure.(the furniture I move are made with super heavy rosewood, and some of them are more then 60 years old) The whole moving was done within 3 hrs, these guys were almost none stop working ants. I was really satisfied their work, and their charge was lower then I was expect too.

Moving day is stressful for everyone, even in the most exciting of events. That said, hiring a professional company can (and did) make all the difference in the world for my family. Im familiar with PSM and their professionalism from my line of work and often recommend them to families. They are always, kind, courteous, respectful, clean and above all diligent and hard working. In this case the move was for myself as well as my daughters family, so two households in one day. I cant say enough about how organized and pleasant this experience was. Weve always moved ourselves with borrowed pick ups and a few willing friends. This was our first time to hire a professional and it was VERY WORTH IT! It was timely, nothing was broken or remotely injured and there is no doubt that they did this in a much faster and more organized timeline than we could have ever done it ourselves. Take the back breaking stress of your upcoming move off the table by hiring Puget Sound Moving. Youll be very glad you did!

I recently had a very urgent need for movers. I called Puget Sound Moving and reached Collette. She was amazing to work with. Collette was able to provide me with a 3 man team and a truck THE SAME DAY. Freddie and his team showed up at my house in the afternoon. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I really appreciated how they cared for my items and furniture with extreme care. Freddie even helped me sort through expired pantry items so that I could dispose of them instead of moving them into storage. My furniture and household items were moved into temporary storage while my home was being remodeled. I was not able to be present at the home when Freddie and his team moved my furniture back into the home because I was caring for my brother. Freddie assured me that everything would be placed back in the original position and that the house would look great. He really took care of everything for me and I didnt worry at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Puget Sound Moving for your next move.

For the most part the experience was good. The guys worked fast loading and unloading the truck. My only complaint is communication...I was given the drivers information and made contact so I would know what time they would arrive and could make sure I was there. The driver told me he was on a long job and would be headed that way around 3pm and that he would call when he started toward my house. At 1pm I received a call saying they were outside my house. I was supposed to be called when they headed my way! Turns out they put a different driver on the job and didnt bother to communicate. This was very frustrating to me. If you dont care about communication than these guys are great. I dont know why, but communication seems to be an issue for a lot of companies Ive worked with...companies need to realize how important communication is and poor communication can affect if you have a return customer or not.

Beware of using this company.. not only do they lie their way to delaying the moving time by EIGHT hours, they will also cheat you of the deposit they take in the first place to provide their service. this is a company building their revenue $50 at a time with no service in return. On moving day, a day that was supposed to be fun and exciting (we were moving into our own house) these people created a nightmare for us. They were supposed to come at 8.00 and kept postponing the time in one hour increments till they finally did not take our calls at FIVE OCLOCK ! finally, they handed us over to another company which came in at six to finish the job for us. And to add to it, they havent yet returned our deposit - shame ! Jamie and the rest of you - bad karma for YOU ! Its gonna catch up with you, dont fear.

From the initial phone call until the 3 gentlemen were driving away was an absolute positive experience. They were not only very professional but kind and considerate with all of my things. The 3 movers literally worked every minute I was charged for. They communicated well with my husband and I and followed directions very carefully, always double checking if they had any additional questions OR suggestions. I priced several companies and Puget Sound Moving not only matched, but beat all of their competitors. We would not only use them again but highly recommended them to our friends and family. I have to admit, thou not easily impressed, my expectations were surpassed! Thank you Puget Sound Moving!!!

This IS THE BEST company I have ever worked with.... I helped my Aunt Move from Northern Cal to Washington and had to use two difference movers because of house sale issues and Puget Sound Moving was ten times better than the big movers we used in California.... Puget Sound Moving was always in contact, kept me updated on time lines, and the workers were very kind and compassionate to my elderly aunts needs... I dont know many movers that would put up with rearranging heavy furniture like these people did!!! Wonderful company.. Arrived when they said, completed the job faster than estimated, and was price less than any of the other movers I got estimates from.
