I moved my furniture, appliances, books, etc from 2 extra large public storage facility rooms to a home on April 2nd. Reliable movers arrived on time and their tandem of crew put to work immediately. Required 2 big vans and it took up all the place right upto the doors and the roof. The crew was well experienced and it showed. They were diligent, extra careful, very respectful and relentless. By the time it was all placed in my home, it was well past midnight and these folks were still smiling, uncomplaining and untiring (of course they were tired, but that did not reflect in their work). The leader of this crew was Thadeus and his capable leadership showed throughout the day. He returned the next day to fix back some furniture and rearrange a few things for me. Ben Senna has a great gig going and Thadeus leads with experience and calm dignity. I got quotes from other movers and Reliable movers was the most competitive and if all their work force is like the crew I got; there is no doubt that there will be 5 star reviews coming in each time. Congratulations, you have a great business model. Please dont change.

I have had moving three times in the past five years. In selecting movers, I would compare price and how they treat us. I picked Ben out of four companies. Not only the price is reasonable good but also he paid attention to detail and showed that he cares about everything. His staff are professional and keep moving no matter how hot it is outside. They manage to make no mark on the wall. In the three times, Bens staff did not damage anything at all. They provided me with real good service. One day my the top management in my organization was looking for a mover. I did not hesitate to give her Bens name and contact because I trusted that he and his staff will provide best services at a good price. The lady came back telling me that she was more than happy and so impressed with Ben and his staffs work. They are the best. That is why I kept using him. But I will no longer require a move since I bought a house now. I know how stressful it is to move. Ben and his staff would help ease out your stress.

"Reliable Moving" left my husband and I lurch on the day of our move. We scheduled them to come on a Saturday and they gave us an appointment window of 1-3pm but warned "thats just an estimation". By 4pm my husband an I were wondering where the "Reliable" movers were. We never received any phone calls or emails, so we started making our own inquires. They did not answer their phone and it took them a considerable time to return our voicemail. When they finally did return our call it was to tell us that they would not be coming. One of the movers was "sick" and they would come back the next day at the same time. Our entire house was packed (including beds and linens), and we had nowhere to sleep. We had planned to unpack everything at our new home. We decided to find different movers (last minute) who we tipped handsomely for the last minute help. "Reliable Moving" never apologized for being completely unreliable.

My husband and I used Reliable Moving when we moved from West Seattle to Bothell last week. If you are looking for someone to move you, please contact Ben for a quote! I called 4 different companies and got 3 responses. Not only did they have the best rate but they had the fastest, most professional response (practically immediately). When we had to reschedule with late notice, Ben understood and accomodated us. The 4 men that worked with us last weekend were professional, talented, friendly and very strong. Everything was moved without a scratch and we felt that they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. The guys even climbed a ladder in my garage and pulled down boxes to move out of our old house. They taped open boxes and made sure loose items were secured. It was the best money I have spent in a long time.

We found Reliable Moving to be very responsive to our moving needs! Ben called to ensure the dates and times were correct and to direct me to an email estimate and confirmation that put it in their system. The movers themselves were very efficient and polite, if they ran late, they made sure to call and let us know they were making every effort to get to our location (we utilized them twice) as soon as possible. Because we had walkways and rooms clear, moved the lighter boxes and furniture, we came in under the quoted estimate which is based upon the time required to move everything as well as travel time. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Reliable Moving and will utilize them again as well as refer them to friends and family.

My experience with Reliable Moving was Great!! They called and answered all my questions right from the get go. The morning of the move they called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. I was moving from a condo in Seattle to a house in Poulsbo, so I had some concerns, but everything went great. We were loaded in no time at all and on our way to Poulsbo, and once there it also went very quickly... they didnt waste any time at all. The two guys who did the actual move were friendly and efficient. I actually spent less than I expected, which is so nice for a change. I would recommend Reliable Moving in a "heartbeat" to anyone needing to move. Thank you Ben and Reliable Moving... you did a Great Job!

Ben and team are great. We had such a great experience having them do a full service move from Kirkland to Seattle. The team handled all our possessions and furniture as it it was their own, everything showed up in the same condition it left and Bens estimate on our moving costs was bang on. I was super impressed with their punctuality, professionalism and quality of service they provide. Moving is stressful and the team at Reliable not only provided peace of mind in their work but even just reaffirming as they progressed letting us know through each milestone what was next and what to expect and letting us know the move was under control. Super impressed, kudos to the team on amazing customer service.

It was the warmest weekend of this year when we made the move...90+ degrees. At the same time we were downsizing from our old home of 25 years. We picked Reliable Moving after a meeting with Ben Sena. He organized a group of really special guys to take on this challenge in the extreme temperatures hovering well into the 90s. It was two huge trucks and six guys that moved all our belongings to our new home. The team was really hard working, courteous and ready to move two huge truck loads in one day. We had them assist us in boxing items along with wrapping a lot of furniture and other delicate items. The move went really smooth..they certainly know their stuff.

These guys were amazing and made the move so much easier. They worked so hard and particularly more so as there had been a miscommunication with exactly what they had expected to find upon arrival! They packed and moved and took great care with what they were doing. Upon unpacking I have found nothing damaged or broken and when I thought one of our cushions was missing from our couch one of the removal guys actually came round to resolve the situation. It was found, my fault I cant recommend this company enough. Great price, great staff and excellent service, I would definitely use them again.
