Im extremely happy with my experience from "Local Movers of Oregon" and would highly recommend them to anyone! I called company and let him know my situation and that I would like to move as soon as possible, he asked if Id like to move today and said his guys would be available 3 hours from now (on a Sunday!) The two crew members arrived to move us were excellent! They were pleasant, professional, careful, and efficient and moved half of our apartment into our new place and half into storage within 3 hours and everything was intact! Their rates were very reasonable and well worth the money as it would have taken us twice as long to move what they did! I would not hesitate to recommend "Local Movers of Oregon" and will certainly use them again in the future!

Me and my wife occasionally have to relocate due to job relocation reasons. As a result we have had MANY experiences with moving companies. It shames me to say that not all of these experiences were positive (One time our bed was broken ... it was solid oak). When we saw the listing for this moving company we thought we could take a safe chance on them so we took the plunge. As advertised they treated us like family! More to the point however they took care of all of our valuables (Including our Piano) and everything was moved in perfect condition. I can say without hesitation that if you want a good quality moving service then you can do no better.

Being a frequent mover, I have dealt with a few different moving services. By far Local Movers of Oregon is the best. They are affordable compared to other companies and still extremely nice and professional. Not only did they arrive on time but they also moved with a sense of urgency. I never had to worry about any of my belongings being damaged, which is a huge concern of mine. When it is time for me to move again I will definitely be using their services.

These guys, Amelia and Oscar White moved my daughters furniture. They broke a lamp, badly scored up legs on a table, cushions fell off the sofa and they stepped on them, left shoe prints, took smoke breaks. They get one star because I dont know how to give them zero stars. Took them 6 days to return call about damages, they wont pay for damages or make any effort to make things right.

Portland Movers did a marvelous job taking extra special care of my belongings. They were very prompt and were pretty spot on with their estimated time. They made my moving experience, dare I say easy and pleasurable! I would recommend to Portland Movers them to any and all becasue of their great attention to detail.

2 days before our move on holiday week your company cancelled on us and stated there were no alternatives because the company you contract through sold their truck. You made a commitment to move us and didnt follow through. This is no way to run a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
