Ive been a member since September 2015. I first was worried about trying crossfit. I never thought Id make it through always saw the workouts as being too difficult, I was scared. I decided one day to give t a shot and its literally been the best thing Ive done for myself. This place is like a second home. Ive been to other gyms and been to other places but seriously nothing comes even close. The love and acceptance from all the coaches and members is by far the prime reason I keep coming back. Ive built a second family here and Ill always treasure that. If youre skeptical about trying a crossfit gym or even want to come see what its all about this is definitely the place to go. Best gym eveeeerrr.

I was in town visiting my daughter. Stopped into this box for a workout. I was greeted genuinely and treated like a member from the start. Coach Cody is definitely a highly talented coach and the members were great people to workout with. I strongly recommend this box to anybody local and to anyone dropping in for a short-term visit!

My girlfriend and I were in town for the weekend and joined in on a Saturday. The coaches were very inviting and everyone was very welcoming. Although it was busy, the coaches were helpful and accommodating for us both. The workout was tough but we both enjoyed it along with our experience.
