Gym can be boring. But not at OTF. Every day is a surprise. Different combinations of workouts keeps the mind excited. Presence of an encouraging coach to guide makes workouts fun. Top it with friendly customer oriented front desk (rare these days with people treated as numbers on a spreadsheet), you are looking at one awesome gym. The scientifically backed method of heart rate based intensity helps convince the logical side of the mind. Its this combination thats got me hooked for 3 months so far. Looking forward to extending this as long as possible! The quality of background music may not appeal to all and tends to vary from loud noise to good motivational peppy music.

I really love OTF! I was a member of 24 Hour Fitness for years and a little nervous to try something new, but so glad I did. The heart rate monitor really keeps you on track and pushing yourself to next level and not plateau as much as others workouts. I have been going consistently for around 6 months and have really toned up and lost 15lbs with only slightly modifying diet. Very friendly staff (trainers & front desk) that really make an effort to get to know you and ensure that you are having a great experience. I also like that they have numerous class schedules to choose from each day and it is easy to visit other OTF locations when I travel for work.

Been at this gym for about a year and half now. Very good cardio routines. If you following a healthy diet and have goals to lose weight this gym will help you get there. If youre looking to get faster in your running this gym can also do that. I do wish this gym would focus more on weight lifting because this workout can be a little to much sometimes. Wished they would do 2 days a week of not as much cardio focus routines to allow the body to try something new. I am moving on to try other gyms now because I am getting a little bored. This is the longest Ive been at one gym however and loved every minute of it

I loved my workout! The small class sizes are really nice so you can get that extra attention to form, which is really important to me especially when it comes to weights. I love that the classes are only an hour and yet this morning in Amys 5m class I burned nearly 600 calories! Great way to start your morning, I cant wait to get back in there and do it again!

Best 60 Minute Work-Out! Ive done Cross-Fit, Marathons, Barre 3, and many more classes but this is the best by far! The coaches truly make the experience. If you are worried about the other members working out or "judging you" then this is the place you should be! Everyone is so focused all the time! VERY expensive though....

I really like the mixture of treadmill, rowing & floor exercises... it seems to make the time go by abit faster. I also know that I get a solid cardio and strength conditioning workout each and every time. The instructors are awesome, helpful during the workout and always easily approachable when Ive have a question or two.

Workout was insanely awesome. Im always looking for a challenge and I got that! The staff was friendly and helpful. They werent pushy in selling a membership. I was visiting the area because I am moving next month. I plan on joining when I move.

Im a believer with OTF. Its not only helped me achieve my personal goals but I dont have to think about what to do for my workouts anymore! I just leave it to the coaches and do my best when it comes to base-push-all out!
