Positive: The staff is always ready to help and have a positive attitude. New area for crossfitters. Pool is nice. Negative: They moved the weightlifting equipment to another building without a bathroom. This facility needs a lat deviation machine and a lying leg curl machine. With lockers/bathrooms in one building and weights/crossfit in another creates a highly inconvenient and impractical situation for a highly utilized area. Switch it back.

Not bad, as far as gyms go. Definitely been to worse. Decent track, good pool (and hot tub!), nice amount of bikes and ellipticals, good range of weights in dumb bells, decent variety of machines, racquetball courts are nice. Apparently theres a variety of classes offered here, but Ive never taken any.

Work out alone or take a class. Massage and physical therapy on site with appointment. A former raquet ball court is now a parent cardio zone with a child play place. Steam room, dry sauna in locker rooms not always working. Pool and hot tub co-ed.

best gym in kitsap. always clean. new machines rotate through. they even have these breakout rooms with unique equipment, which supported my mud run needs perfectly.

Its free for members and their dependants. If you want something more extravagant, the Y will gladly take your money. Great workout room for parents with kids.
