Happy thoughts
Love this place! If your bored of the gym. If you want to get to that next level or are just starting out. If you have fitness goals and want to get their fast and only have a few hours a week their program is perfect.I was a little intimidated of CrossFit at first. I started out not knowing anything and now Im seeing results I havent been able to attain from three years at the gym. Plus I love how different it is, its like my fitness routine got an entire reboot and Im having fun working out again. My favorite part is the small class sizes. Ive built friendships that are looking to attain the same goals and its nice to have that support system to motivate and challenge you.

I have been WODing there for over a year and this place is awesome. Not only is it one of the cheapest around, but their new facility is awesome and the coaches are some of the nicest people Ive met. Even if your brand new to Crossfit, or youre looking to turn your life around and finally get fit, this place is perfect for you. They also do yoga twice a week, a strongman class every Saturday and a FREE WOD for ANYONE every Saturday at 10:30. Come check it out.
