Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repair of the passenger fender. After we received the Truck back I noticed the retaining rivets were missing, The fender didnt allign with the door, and the fender molding was still damaged. When we got around to bringing the vehicle back in, the response from the representative was to question us as if we had removed the retaining rivets. When they began fixing the issues. There was no email or phone communication like they had done earlier, we had to call for status on the vehicle. The representatives excuse was she was busy. Now when we received the car back it looks as if some one dried the vehicle with paper towels and left fine streaking scratches in the paint. Black paint shows everything. The front passenger aftermarket led fog light is no longer working. Also the Fender is still not properly aligned with the door. ABRA states they have quality control checks after the vehicle is done and have a gold class certification. I dont feel as if I received gold class customer service or quality of work.

Very nice and courteous people, very professional. I made an appointment to bring in my car, waited a few minutes in the nice waiting area complete with fresh coffee and a mini fridge full of my choice of soda or water. One of the managers visually inspected my car with me, she explained/ reviewed the estimate with me. Alan never hesitated to call me with questions or to inform of how progression was or at what stage they were at. They made sure my car was out there ready for pick up when I told them what time I was coming. I think they even cleaned her up, they did an excellent job and I am very pleased.

I called to see if they could repair a rusty quarter panel on a 97 mustang, they said they could and we setup an appointment to review my 97.After taking a half day of vacation to meet them and quote out the work, they immediately informed me they couldnt help me since it was a 97 and parts werent available, nor were they able to compensate me for wasting my time by even making an appointment in the first place. Only shoulder shrugs and "sorry" was offered in exchange. Not even a referral, or any form of assistance to "make it right".

Absolute worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. I tried calling to get a quick quote on a windshield replacement. I was told to call another number. Since I was driving I asked if she could transfer me, nope! So I decided to stop in. The receptionist was on the phone talking about sloppy joes and hamburger buns and completely ignored my presence until she said "Ill be right with you" and then proceeds to continue talking about holiday plans. Ill take my business elsewhere and recommend you do as well.

Very pleased with my experience here. All staff that I dealt with in person were very friendly and courteous. They were able to get the part I needed quickly and the repair done just as fast. Constant updates throughout the whole process so I was well aware of where it was at. I was able to drop off my vehicle after hours, make payment over the phone and pick-up after hours so I did not have to take any time off work. Would definitely use them again for any future work I would need.
