I want to say that this is the best auto body in du page county. I have lots of good things to say about these guys so Ill try to keep this brief. I was referred to aspen by my mechanic and he was right these guys are really experts. When I arrived there Russ looked at rhe damage and he knew right away how much it was going to cost. Let me tell you it was affordable. Very professional staff and very through job. If you ever need body work done just check out these guys theyre the experts

Russ is honest, fair, and most definitely a perfectionist which is why everyone in my family goes to Aspen. Body shop did not replace all the parts quoted on the estimate from the insurance company (a foam energy absorber and license panel), but charged me for them anyway. They took the full insurance check plus my deductible. That would have been okay if they did everything the insurance company paid for.
