Mike and the team at Westway perform some of the best body work you could imagine! I have seen them take a car from a complete mess to looking brand new. When they say you shouldnt judge a book by its cover - this is definitely the case here. When you first walk in to Westway, you would think the quality of work would be less than some of the more polished places around town. But let me tell you, just because his building isnt as big or shiny as some of the other places - you can be sure you will get your vehicle back, and in a condition you can be proud to say where you got your work done - even years down the road. If you are interested at all about anything in the area, be sure to ask Mike a few things. Chances are you will have a connection or two with this guy. So if you have time - and Mike has time - take a minute just to shoot the breeze! You can tell Mike is very passionate about performing quality work!

Mike & Gina, Enough good cant be said about the fantastic job you did on my Camry! You and your crew made an unpleasant situation (damaged car) into a truly pleasant one. When you hear about a business that goes the extra mile for their customer; you are hearing about a business like Westway Auto Body. The careful attention paid to all the little details is very much appreciated and it certainly shows in the finished product. The work done is flawless, right down to the super car wash completed shortly before I arrived to pick up my car. When I brought the car home my 19 year old daughter asked why I had brought home another rental car. She didnt even realize it was my car! My wifes words were "Wow! The car looks brand new!" Westway Auto Body came recommended through some guys from work. I had damaged my drivers door on my truck, and the repair was a $2,700 repair. When I got the truck back (On time), the work looked original. the color matched perfectly. They ran into an issue with the wiring harness, they contacted the insurance company and had it solved before I ever knew there was an issue. I went back a week later because I thought the door alignment was off by a millimeter or two. I showed the techs what I saw, they took it back, made the adjustment and showed me the door in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this shop. The build business on quality and not quantity. they are my top choice for any work I would need done in the future.

I had some damage to my Honda CRV. I have never had auto body work done before so this was a new experience for me. I had visited several shops for estimates. Everyone was courteous and helpful, but I really had a good feeling about Westway and the owner, Mike Maloney. He assured me that my car would look like new again, he worked with me on getting a rental car. He even haggled a little on the price, and the work was finished within the time frame he gave me. He did not call and tell me he "found" other things, in fact he fixed a couple of door dents I did not even mention! And he never asked for a dime more than the quote he originally gave me. My car does look like new again, I couldnt be happier!

Thanks so much to Mike and his crew! I needed my front bumper replaced. Instead of it taking 4 days like most places, he had it ordered and painted the very next day. The guys attached the bumper and cleaned and shined my car in less than 1 hour. I was so happy the way it looked, like brand new. He also was very reasonable with what he quoted me for the job. The efficiency, the work and the price were all fantastic. If I ever need body work done again, he will be the first person I call. I will recommend Mike and his crew to anyone I know. I just want to say Thank You Mike and staff. Being a single mother and not having a clue where to take my car to get fixed, you really mad me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. You explained exactly in detail what was going to happen to my car start to finish. And the work done to my car was amazing, you could never even tell I was in accident. Again Thank You Westway, hopefully I will not have to see you anytime soon, but if I do I know who I am going to call!! The best auto body repair shop in Milwaukee, Westway Auto Body.

Mike has fixed my car twice in the past two months (both not my fault!). Getting hit and dealing with insurance companies is not fun but Mike makes the process easy. From having the rental car waiting for you when dropping off car to dealing with the insurance company. Car looked immaculate when complete and was even washed and vacuumed at pick-up. When the insurance company offered suggestions of body shops they work with, I politely declined and stated I will only go to Westway Auto Body. Thanks again Mike and Gina!

They went above and beyond what we had expected. Our side door was keyed and they took care of everything, and made it reasonably priced, and our car looks wonderful. This is a genuinely friendly place that made us feel taken care of and made sure to let us know if we had any problems we could come back to them. They were kind, personable, and eager to please, without seeming to be eager to get our money. If we ever need body work again this is our first choice without question!

When it comes to customer service and quality work Westway Auto Body wins hands down. I have taken my vehicles to Westway now for over 10 years and have never had one problem.
