I rear ended a truck gently at 10mph and needed $2300 in repairs, So i chose New Lenox Autobody because my insurance comany said they did good work ! when i got my car back the repairs were done shodily, nothing matched up properly and there was a 2inch gap between the hood and the grille and they claimed thats how it should be period the end, after arguing with them they finally ordered a factory oem grille, they claimed everything was oem original when in-fact everything is aftermarket and doesnt match up ! If you want your car to look like clowns re-built it go there OTHERWISE STAY AWAY ! They are rude undermining and ignorant and have no respect. Lastly when i went to pick up my car after i refused delivery the prior day they gave me flowers and thanked me for my service !! ha what a joke this body shop is !! STAY AWAY

Wonderful customer care! I had my van at a different collision center and had to tow it out of there.i brought it to collision center,through Gieco. They fixed it, sent me pictures of the vehicle as it was getting fixed. I never had to ask a question because they were following up with me so well. At the other shop they wanted to total the 2013 toyota sienna woth 23k miles. Here they fixed it perfectly for about 7k. Very honest

Well I had my car all smash up. I went to Crash 1 in New Lenox, All the staff was nice and polite, The man who fixed my car was excellent, I got my car back and it runs better than it did before the accident. I would tell anyone who wants a good body shop to go to them.
