The worst body shop around. I brought my car in for bumper repairs. Got my car back with bubbles all over replaced newly painted bumper. Brought car back for issue and was told that they dont have 100% clean paint booths so there is the possibility of getting dust/ dirt caught under the paint. Really!!!! This is what you tell a customer whos giving you there car to fix and it comes back looking worse. Wow bad customer service. After a month I finally got a car wash and when was drying I noticed my bumper flexing and sounding like paint cracking. Brought car back a second time and was told oh its possible that the bumper is defective well order a new one for you and call when in. I never got a call had to call myself to find bumper on back order. Called my insurance company to deal with these guys as Im over it. I also read that Gerber has monthly quotas and rush threw jobs to meet them. Well rushing to finish work isnt always a good thing. Especially when someones giving you their vehicle to work on. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I brought my 2013 Accord here after a pickup backed into my bumper. Although the insurance inspector said it just needed a new bumper, the body shop found $1200 extra of labor to be done in order to attach the new bumper. When I got it back everything looked good, except the bumper was attached very tight (the foam impact absorber was pushing out my bumper and license plate to the point where I could read it in my backup camera) and tail light near the impact point was somewhat loose. I scheduled a time the week after to have the tail light looked at and when I got the car back nothing had changed. Instead of going through the process again I just left. They just give you the car back and dont provide any information unless you request it, then they have to find someone to go over it with you. Overall they did a pretty good job painting my new bumper. I would not recommend them for real collision damage that requires body work.

Had to come to Gerber because of a failed repair from another shop, which caused a severe rust build-up. Gerber worked with my insurance company and the original repair shop to sort the entire thing out and get my car fixed quickly while at the same time making sure I wasnt charged for anything. The associate I worked with, Mark, proved to be both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely courteous during the whole process. Everything from the billing to rental car was sorted out between Mark and my insurance company, and I received my car back ahead of schedule. Im very happy to have my car back and repaired quickly, and I would definitely use them in the future. Thanks!

This was a tough call to rate. They did a great job on fixing my car and getting it back to me quickly. But unfortunately they had to back order a part from Nissan and its been a month now and still nothing. The customer service is horrible. I have not received one phone call from them letting me know that it is going to be late. I have to keep calling them only to find out it will take anothe week. Then I call in a week and they say it will take another week, and so-on and so-forth. All I want is a fricking phone call is that too hard. Btw....jack or John in parts was great very helpful. But other than that horrible customer service.

Service here was horrible. This was my second time having my car repaired at this particular location. During my first encounter, the customer service wasnt the best. However, this was a convenient location and I thought Id give them a second try. It only had gotten worse from that point. The second time I had my car repaired. My battery was drained, my trunk release didnt work, my speaker was busted and my windows get stuck going up and down needless to say they also have a loud screeching noise. I picked the car up late August and here we are in October and I still have yet to hear from Jeff @ this location. Beware!

My insurance recommended Gerber after a car accident. I dropped off the car on Monday, parts came in Tuesday, car was done on Thursday morning. Doesnt sound too special but with the damage to my car, it was amazing! They originally said it might take a week or so, which was fine but they finished the car in 2 days. Another great thing is that there is a rental car company inside. They gave me 5 free days on a rental with the repair. My car looks amazing after the fix. Thanks Gerber! Car is a 06 Civic Coupe.

They do a great job on erasing dings, replacing glass, and they work great with insurance companies. If your insurance covers loaners, they have a rental place right there.
