I recommended Merlins to my son because I had good experiences there, though it was only for oil change/tires. His dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree after a hard stop. The initial diagnosis showed multiple failures; so many that they needed to reschedule to allow for a more extensive evaluation. Uh oh. After a couple hours they called back with the results. Blow fuse. Thats it. The open circuit prevented the sensor data from reaching the computer, indicating multiple system failures. Bottom line; $25 for their trouble. Plus they provided 2 shuttle services for transport. Unless you know someone, choosing an auto mechanic is a difficult decision. Who can you trust? Will the work be done right? Will I be fairly charged? They could have billed hundreds of dollars, and he would have been happy that he got his car back. But they didnt. Highly recommend. 10/10 for service, professionalism and integrity.

I scheduled a brake fluid flush, dropped the car off and waited all morning for completion. Finally they call and say that the machine has been broken, something they failed to make clear to me when I booked the service. Shame on them. I scheduled the same service three weeks later assuming that it was fixed when they accepted my appointment. When I get there they inform me the machine is still not fixed. Shame on me for assuming such a silly thing that they would know what services they are and are not able to provide. I dont mind that its broken but please done make me waste my time two different times.

Front wheel bearing failed within the parts warranty period. Part was replaced without any questions and in accordance with the Merlin warranty policy. The Kenosha business location has always been pleasant to work with and they always check your car for any other possible issues, If issues are found they explain them thoroughly but never pressure you to have them repaired. If there are safety issues they emphasize the issue. Good place to auto service needs

The other day we had a tire go flat on our truck while pulling a horse trailer. The team at Merlin 200000 on 75th was AMAZING. They were able to help us out and get us back on our way quickly to complete a long journey home. They were honest, efficient, and friendly. The help they gave was truly appreciated for a rather bad week! I would recommend this shop to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat if we did not live 100 miles away!

I had an exhaust leak, the investigated and found I needed a new exhauster manifold and that both of my engine mounts were shot. The called around and found the best prices for the parts and kept all the parts and labor reasonably priced. I had the car back by the end of the day. Good service, good prices and good people. I will use them again.

I had a rattle develop under my car. They got me in within 20 minutes. Turns out it was a heat shield that was rusted through. It couldnt be fixed, but they removed it for me at no charge. Sonya was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I told her that I will continue to be a customer in the future.

I went there to get my brakes done and it was a great experience. Mike was very helpful and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. The waiting area and bathroom were very clean and had current magazines to read while I waited. They even had a DVD player for the kids to watch movies.

Never even got there because I have a Cadillac Deville, I count the the oil people to know how much oil is needed for my oil change and theres something special they need to do. She had no clue what I was talking about. She asked me... I said Id find an oil place that knows.

Took me without an appointment, fixed my exhaust system easily with $40 worth of welding and parts. Figured like mist other places they would try and sell me a bunch of stuff that I didnt need. These guys are honest, quick and nice.
