The owner of this place is Jay Rhodes, and he is as honest as you will find. I was in a few years ago, and he actually didnt want to repair my Ford Taurus. because it wasnt worth repairing. Instead, he showed me a van that he had for sale. That was the best deal i ever made. I got that van for les than repairing my car would have cost, and it has had no problems whatsoever. Any other mechanic would have just fixed my Taurus and then shrugged when i had to keep bringing it back. Jay is friendly as well as honest, I would and do highly recommend him to everyone in Kenosha. He does all kinds of work, by the way.

These people suck. took my truck there,and they had it for a week.never once called me to inform me of what was going on. I called them every day and was told tomorrow every day.finally had enough and went to check in person. truck was parked on the lot,while they worked on other vehicles. when I asked what they had done. THE ANSWER WAS WE DONT KNOW. did I mention they had my truck for a week. never ever again will these people get as much as a tire rotation from me.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my car battery plugs & the guys were so nice. They came out on Christmas Eve and fixed it even though it was close to them closing for the holiday. I had called so many shops in town and they were the ONLY ones willing to come out!! And they fixed it quick!!Super nice guys and the women who answers the phone was also really nice. I will definitely be going to them from now on for all my car needs!

I brought my 2006 F150 to 3 other shops including the Ford dealership in Kenosha before bring my truck to Rhodes. The 3 other shops could not figure out what was wrong with my truck. After a Rhodes mechanic looked at my truck, he told me it needed 2 new coils and new spark plugs. They did the work and it fixed the issue. Thank guys!

Im happy that a friend referred me to Rhodes Auto & Truck Repair in Kenosha. As hard as it is to find a good mechanic, I will be keeping their contact info close at hand from now on. Jay seems to be a very nice guy as well as an expert mechanic. I dont know when Ive seen that combination before. Highly recommended!

Ive had Rhodes work on my car and my wifes car quite a few times. Theyve always been honest, approachable, informative, and never made me feel stupid. Theyre good guys. The owner is also pretty cool and the guy that works the counter is a riot. At this point, I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else.
