We were just here this morning and was charged 29.99 for a $5 oil cap. This Midas is not trustworthy at all. For all I know they could have said that my oil cap was missing so they can make their sales for the day. Do not patronize this Midas because they are not sincere about giving good customer service and satisfaction. I dont trust any of the managers and I will not go back ever. Gabe in sales just wanted to make his quota so he can make his money by taking other peoples money. This Midas deserves -200 stars for their very poor business practice.

Horrible customer service. With an appt, was told car would be done in 1/2 hr. Went to pick up car after 1 1/2 hrs, still not done. No phone call even after they took my cell phone down. Was told it would be 1/2hr to 45 mins more if I wanted to stay or should come back another time. Asked further on what happened, was told that "I have priorities, I have customers here who need thousand dollars work"

I come here ALL THE TIME! This place is great. Jay seems very honest and he doesnt push extra stuff on you. Ive been to other shops and everytime I walk in, I feel like Im being scammed into something I dont need but I never felt that here. Hope this place finally turns around and starts getting business like how it used to with this new manager.

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. Thats honestly what they deserve. Took my truck to get an alignment done. They charged me 90 dollars and nothing was done to it. I notice a day later in the morning that my tires werent align at all. I had to take it somewhere else to get it align. These guys are a joke honestly.

I just experienced an auto service with Integrity!!! Fantastic. Replaced my muffler in under 30min. (On my lunch break) The price was right on and everyone I talked too was kind and very transparent. I am happy to write a positive review and will use this location again.

BEST PLACE TO GO!!! Recently had trouble with my car, had the check engine light on and the guys at this MIDAS took care of it. It didnt take long and they were being honest about what my car actually needed instead of upselling me on useless stuff. Def try it out.!

I have previously visited this place and they are always very nice. The inside is a little dirty but its a car shop so Im not expecting anything fancy. Ill deffinately come back soon.

It was advertised "oil change" $19.99 I was charged $25.00 because the guy said that the computer set the price... BS. Something odd about this place. Definitely not coming back.

Rude! They gave me some inspection saying I have old OEM shocks and I just change shocks like 3 months ago. Dont go there they layers.
