I felt the technician was very unprofessional. When the technician arrived at my home the first thing, he said: "I will have to look through several keys to find a key to fit my lock." He tried to get us to purchase a new door knob; instead of completing the job we requested. The technician half completed the job. He was compensated for the job. The technician stated he would return to complete the job the next day. He did not return. When I called inquiring about his whereabouts, he stated that he had other jobs, and I had to wait until Monday to get the job done. I had to call someone else to get my home locks change. I do not recommend this company.

I ended up at a1 through my triple a. Johnny was super helpful and friendly and with a little paper work I was able to get a brand new key made for my vehicle... if it wasnt for a1 I dont know what I wouldve done! Will definitely recommend anyone go here if they are ever in a bind and need a lock smith! They specialize in coding keys! Even make them for luxury vehicles!!!! Thank you again Johnny!

Prompt and professional! I bought a car yesterday and the seller have me a car that would only lock the door and not unlock. :( I called A-1 Security and they came out and within 5 minutes of arriving I was in my car!!! The next day I went to them and got my keys recut and Mr Isaac Sawyer, cut them to me for n/c because he said I was given a bad deal on the car. They are very nice people.

Locked myself, my dog, and my wife out late at night walking our dog. Locked ourselves out. Called, when he arrived he said cash only, but I was not notified that they only took cash late at night. Called back the next morning to see if he can go back to the house, and he strictly said he couldnt do my house. Very rude and unprofesional. Do not recommend!!!!

Locked my keys in my car after working all day and got home just before midnight. Cops told me to call a locksmith and I found them on Google and gave them a call. They got here super quick and Johnny helped me unlock my vehicle in no time! Excellent service and very nice. Price was very fair as well.

Johnny was phenomenal! He worked so hard to make sure that he created a key that worked for my car, even when it was 2am and he had to come back to my car 8 different times. He was unbelievably nice and respectful and I would recommend 10/10 anytime a locksmith is needed!!

Called A-1 after locking my keys in my car. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait which I thought was reasonable for a Friday night. Johnny arrived within 10 minutes and got my keys out in minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Called morning of 1/11/17, 05:46. Made this post 05:48, minutes within being told "We only do that type of job at Daylight hours". 24 hour service is false advertising. 24 hour limited service more like it. Or dont answer.

Went to A-1 after Lockstar gave me an insane quote to replace a lost key for my motorcycle. $45 instead of $125, and he gave me a peppermint paddy while I waited. Nice guy. Good work. Fair price.
