Used this company on a business. Got charged double the price. The guy even asked me to charge his phone for him while he went out to his car to re-key the door, asked him for keys due to having other employees and was told sorry i dont have a key cutter to do any of that, and I dont know where the other guy is after being told yesteday when i talked to someone that it would be free of charge for four keys. Also got extra charges for him having to shave down where the lock goes in due to the fact that before he reKeyed it locked fine and perfect after the lock would not go in what so ever blaming it on the door frame. Than to top it off tells me at the end heresult is my personal number if you call me directly I will do it cheaper than what the compay does it if you go thru me.

Not to long ago i moved to my new apartment. It was great but there were a couple of the doors where there were locks but no keys. We asked the landlord if he had them and they said they never had it either. Some of the keys missing were for the bedroom and the bathroom. So i felt it was important for me to have them. I Googled where i could get help and it lead me to Harlingen Locksmith Pros. Easier than 1, 2, 3 they were in and out fast. i was very impressed on how efficiently they work from the dispatcher to the technician. Great service all around.

I looked up a locksmith for my area. When I scheduled the service, I was told the service to unlock my car would be 20 for the service call and 30 for the unlocking. When the guy opened the car he told me the total cost was 100. I do appreciate that he was able to open my car, but being charged twice what I was initially quoted really didnt make me feel very warm and fuzzy..... Be careful when asking for prices. They will rob ably double....

They are crooks! 3 hours and didnt fix my key ignition that was locked! Made me copies of my keys but without the chip and charged me $135 for nothing! And the guy didnt even give me a receipt or invoice copy of the job! He took off after helping me move my car to a parking space at a gas station! 2 days later, i called another locksmith and fixed it in 20 minutes! Dont call locksmith pros, they are crooks!....

These guys were fantastic. Michael, the locksmith they sent over, arrived in less than half an hour, and it took him two seconds to open my door. Very reasonable prices, great service, and friendly staff. This is the place to call when youre locked out of your apartment on Saturday night. And probably for all your other locksmith needs as well.
