Their locksmith broke my historic lock. She then wanted to cut the bolt to get the door open when I told her to stop. On my own, I was able to take less than 30 minutes to open the door myself. I did not have to cut the bolt which would have destroyed the lock forever. I took the lock to a welder and fixed it myself. I later contacted the company because I was unhappy with the service and asked for compensation for the service call and for breaking my lock. They never bothered to contact me to apologize or try to resolve the situation at all.

I needed a spare key for my 2003 Toyota Camry and out of 6 other locksmith & key shops I called in Austin they were the ONLY ONE to tell me the microchip in the key was completely optional. Every other shop was looking to charge me around $100 for a single spare but after bringing the original into Amazing Lock and confirming it did not need a chip, in less then 3 minutes I walked away with 2 brand new spare keys for only $10!!! 5 stars for knowing their stuff, saving me $90 a key, being incredibly fast, and having excellent customer service!!

They did a great job replacing my motorcycle key. The original broke off in my gas tank lid, and they had no problem removing the broken piece from the lid and making me a new one...all in under 10 minutes! I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Brought these guys some hard-to-find collectible keys to cut for an old VW. They ruined one instantly by gouging it with the cutter, and then improperly cut the other, ruining it too. If its important, take your business somewhere else.

The locksmith was quick and friendly. I had a broken key stuck in my car door, and he had it out in a jiffy! He charged very little for it. I was very pleased.
