The app and the idea is amazing! Being locked out and having this option was a life saver. I needed help and their customer service was on point too. The only reason for the 4 starts is that the app is a little confusing and needs some updating and the kiosk in Austin Texas is not in the exact right address. Its close, but brings you to the wrong store. Easy fix!
