The young guy that was there April 19, 17 needs some customer service training and needs to talk louder. There was also no instructions given by him what was going to happen. They also gave us a used clicker at full price. You could tell that it was handled a lot because the plastic was shiny by handling and the words worn off in places. He never told us that at purchase to give us an option to wait until they ordered a new one. I would seriously ask bunches of questions and ask to see the parts they are installing. Not sure if I would consider going back. It was fast and it worked fine.

I needed a new key and remote for my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I called 3 different dealerships and was quoted 3 different prices and 2 of them told I would need to have my car inspected by them before making my key. That sounded very fishy to me. I knew they just wanted to jack up their already expensive prices. A friend recommended I try the Keyless Shop . Best advice ever! They charged me 75% less than what the dealerships asked for and did the job in literally 10 minutes!

The key and remote they made for my ford explorer was nice and everything works great. They program it to my car and the price was good. The only problem is they said it would take 20 minutes and it ended up taking almost two hours to make the keys work. I understand they were busy they only have one guy working but it was frustrating having to wait so long. I will come here again for my next car key just expect to wait a bit.

Thanks to Steve, I am now able to unlock my car with my phone. So I wont be losing my keys when Im out running again. We have been coming to The keyless shop for extra car keys and remotes for all our cars for nearly two years now. The prices are great, so we have no excuse for not having at least one spare key for every car. Its also now our go to spot for all our house keys.
